Great customer service. I had to replace broken glass of a frame and received ridiculous quotes and expected delivery time of up to 2week from some shops. I visited frameshop with the frame and they gave a replacement glass in 15minutes at a low price. The frame was non-standard size and the glass cut was didn't fit in one side. They shaved off the glass to make sure it fits. It was more work than they bargained for but they were gracious in dealing with it.

Been buying from Frameshop for many years now, every single frame I own has been made by them and all made to my specs!
Never once have I been disappointed, they do a fantastic job each and every time!
The staff are super friendly and always eager to help out and that's always a big plus!
The frames are always packaged incredibly well, lots of padding and sturdy boxes so have no fear when having them delivered.

I love this place! I've been 3 times now and have gotten 5 things framed so far, all of which were done fantastically and exactly to spec. The staff are really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great selection of frame types, mats and glass options. They also have a really good online tool to see what it will look like without having to go into the shop. I went to several framers all over sydney before I found this place and it is by far the best.

The mats I ordered arrived on Thursday and I only placed the order on the Saturday before.
They arrived in perfect condition, the colour was exactly as expected and they were cut precisely as I requested.
The card used is great quality and we are so pleased with the look of our re-framing job, looks very professional.

So happy with my experience with frameshop! There’s so many options online to create your own frame and it’s easy to use. I ordered my frame late on Friday night and it arrived first thing Tuesday morning. That’s 1 full business day to have the frame custom built and sent to my house. And it was well packaged too.
Will definitely be using these guys again.

I ordered 22 frames, all different types and sizes. I am really happy with the manufacturing and the finishes. I would recommend.
However the delivery is not flexible at all: from 9am to 5pm on working days only.and you can't decide your preferred schedule.
