I had a rather heavy item and the frame I wanted would have been a bit risky to install. So the team came up with a a solution to ensure the overall weight dropped so the frame could be safely installed.

The item was ready for pick up in a few days after dropping it off and installing recommendations were placed on a sticker at the back.

Over all great service. Pricing is in-line with other frame businesses.

I can't rate the Frameshop high enough for delivering high quality, well made frames in a timely manner. Square frames in the correct size are hard to find.iI assisted me greatly to receive them when I did. Will be back for more. Thank you and five stars!

I ordered a custom made 30 x 40 inch oak frame from Frameshop and was thrilled with the quality and look of the frame. It was packed with great care to avoid any damage during transport and I was able to insert my art print very easily and it looks really professional. It was much cheaper than my local framing stores who would have charged almost double the price. Very happy with my purchase and I would highly recommend Frameshop to anyone needing a quality frame.

I've bought framed photos from this site a number of times and couldn't be happier with the quality. Recently, I ordered online and realised a couple of days later that I'd made a mistake in sizing. I rang and spoke to Beth. She was very helpful and arranged for the dimensions to be changed and for a refund of the excess payment (which I wasn't expecting). Their prices are great and the service is excellent. This is the only place I'll ever use to have my frames made.

The quality of products has always been great. I've used the Frameshop team for many jobs including frames for stretched canvases; printing, mats and framing of photos; and frames for CDs and LPs. Mariam was very helpful in helping us choose a size for a sponsorship plaques. Our committee was very impressed with the final product. Delivery was faster than expected, and superbly packed to avoid damage in transit to Tasmania.

Online ordering is easy to navigate and the frame I ordered was perfect for my diamond dots art. A big thanks to Beth who went out of her way to assist me when I called with regard to available walnut colours and frame widths. I was quoted double the price for a large custom frame at a different frame shop. I found this company and not only was I able to make the frame exactly how I wanted it, it was less than half the price. I chose express delivery and it came the next business day. Very happy!
