Excellent experience, my customised frame arrived with a chip in it, which was suitably packaged and protected, but somehow the courier managed to damage it. I contacted Frameshop straight away with photos and without discussion, they sent a replacement frame. Very happy with the service and response. Thank you.

We wanted to frame two religious puzzles that we worked on during lockdown, and Isabel did a wonderful job to ensure the final products looked beautiful. I was very impressed with frameshop. The frame I ordered was exactly to size, well constructed, and with good packaging for delivery. It was exactly what I wanted. The website has a nicely designed system for selecting your frame and the results are exactly as selected.

The frames are great, beautiful and fit perfectly.

There were some difficulties with Aramax, (the courier service) but Mohammed from frameshop was very helpful in liasing with the delivery company and the frames were eventually delivered.

Couldn't be happier with the 3 frames that arrived this week. From the ease of the website to order, to the competitive pricing to the finished product - it was all great. The packaging was amazing to prevent any damage in transit and the actual frames are of good quality and look great. Will be using these guys again!

Customer service is outstanding.
When I received my second order with custom made frame and All Blacks 3D print in it - it took my breath away, I could not stop smiling as how good it was, I knew that the picture would make my friend very very happy and my present would take special place in his house.
I also had to placed my third order at a very short notice and in current Covid time there were no warranty that I would receive it on time, I just kept my fingers crossed but Frame Shop team and customer service lady, Mariam went extra mile and made it happen and my order was dispatched the next day!

Frameshop have excelled again! Their website is very easy to use and really helps in getting the right result for your photos etc. I’m extremely happy with their work and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who doesn’t wish to travel to their shop. I’ve done everything on line! They may want to consider a different courier as Aramex took 2 weeks to deliver!

I was in urgent need of a few offset clips for installing my canvas to the frame. Their response was very prompt and I got what I needed with an express post with no extra charge.

Fantastic, I can highly recommend this team. I ordered a large custom-sized frame to house a map of my motorcycle rides around Australia, delivered to a location in regional NSW. The frame is lovely and for the lower-priced frame option that I chose from their range of options, the wood is nicer-looking than I had hoped for - very happy and as such if (when) I buy a frame for a piece of art in the future, I'll feel confident if choosing their higher-priced frame options that they are high quality. I had timing constraints to work with and they were friendly on the phone, communicative and followed through with no fuss. The range of frames and mats is extensive and the quality at the price is good. They make it easy to choose and order. My first frames had cord hangers and bumpers but the second set had sawtooth hangers, which I don't like at all.

Ahem! Frameshop has quickly clarified this. I hadn't realised there were options to choose a hanging system, so accidentally chose the wrong one.
