I am a Papertole Teacher of 35 years, recently I had to source a new Framer for my students and others of different crafts, (Diamond Dots, Parchment, Quilling and Cross Stitch), having found the 'Frameshop' have stopped looking any further.
The customer service is excellent and most helpful indeed, with a vast number of mouldings to choose from and with a computerised matt cutter allowing for matts to compliment any project, and as for pricing very reasonable and excellent indeed.

We have used the Frame Shop a few times to frame large art pieces, one of which was in bad shape which they brought back to life! Their customer service was incredible! Efficient, affordable and quality craftmanship! Highly recommend this family business.

I've just received my second order from FrameShop and I'm impressed again! So easy to use the online ordering tool and the delivered product is excellent quality and so well packaged for shipping. Very reasonably priced as well. Previously I ordered a shadow box for my son's karate belts - all custom sizes and mat boards and the store were great confirming my instructions to ensure it was exactly what I needed. My beautiful silk ink artworks look absolutely beautiful. I bought them in Singapore 5 years ago but all the framing shops wanted so much to frame them for me, so they sat in the cupboard all that time. Lockdown gave me an incentive to investigate a way of doing them. I saw many good reviews about the Frameshop so I ordered them. As you can see they are stunning. Thankyou Frameshop even the packaging was great.

Really recommend the Frameshop! Their online ordering system is really clear, but as mine was a little more complicated (and I am not that computer savvy), I called the shop and spoke to Mariam, who made it all very straightforward. Once we had agreed on the specifications, it was delivered within a week or so. It looks beautiful and exactly as I hoped - no mean feat when it's all done remotely in these Covid days. Could not be more delighted! (Oh, and I found the prices very reasonable compared to other framing places I have dealt with.)

I have now purchased 5 custom frames from Frameshop because I had bought some prints with uncommon dimensions. The frames all came out absolutely excellent. Frameshop is much cheaper than going to an in-person framing shop and it’s very simple - just enter your measurements and choose your style. To my eyes, the result looks quite professional.

I would not hesitate to use Frameshop again. I only wish they had some sort of loyalty system or rewards system because I can see this supplier becoming my go-to for framing.
