Great range of quality plants. All healthy and well laid out. Good knowledgable staff. Shame about The Vines cafe, very poor service, staff seemed disinterested, food was OK but tables and general area messy and in need of a clean.

“The vines cafe terrey hills”Very bad customer service specially done by two chinese couple. Being owner they are like super boss who puts plate very badly to our table. Serving like in a Chinese style. Ladies owner smells so much when she comes near to table. No personal hygiene no care. Very disappointed.

Lovely, healthy looking plants, and a fantastic range of interesting pots and gardening supplies. However, the staff don’t seem to care about looking after stock and I have had multiple bad experiences looking for items that weren’t either filthy or broken. Two weeks ago, I went to buy an outdoor pot and picked up the last one off the pallet, which was broken (all the glazing had chipped off around the bottom and looked terrible). I went to ask a staff member if there were any more in stock because it was damaged and she condescendingly told me “that’s just the way they come, ” offering me no further help. Today I went to buy one of their greenhouse planter boxes, and spent almost an hour going through a large stack trying to find one that wasn’t broken. When I took the one and only planter and lid that wasn’t broken to the counter, I thought the staff member would be embarrassed by how scratched and filthy it was, but she only looked surprised when I mentioned it. I have also had disappointing experiences regarding the condition of stock kept inside, and considering these items aren’t cheap, I don’t think this is really good enough.

Great at taking your money but if something goes wrong its all your fault. Plants are supposedly under a one year guarantee. Bought two blue berries in late september followed instructions to the letter one plant is thriving the other is dying.wont be coming back. ANL is far better. Dear Owner, FYI I did take photos and offered to send them to you via mobile as I dont know how to send via email this was rejected. The plant in question was sickly from day one The reason why I bought it was I wanted two and it was the best of what was available. The other blueberries you had there were worse. I did everything I could to get it to grow. After spending an hour on the phone going round and round in circles it was just not worth the hassle. Hence this review all the best and good luck.funny how when I responded back to you you had nothing to say.says it all really. Bought replacements at ANL.guaranteed healthy plants and staff that can actually give you advice that is suitable for your level of horticultural expertise. Dont want to speak ill of anyone but blueberry plants are not cheap and you charge a premium for your stock.

I visted the lovely nursery yesterday very beautiful flowers and plants and restaurant in nursery was very nice. Im visiting from overseas and this was lovely experience. Thank you

Nursery great with knowledgeable staff. Biggest letdown is the cafe. Been numerous times now and will never go again. Shocking experience every single time with numerous issues with food and attitude. Will not allow them to ruin another single day. Flower Power need to fix this.

Really annoyed. According to the website they are quiet at the moment but despite this I have tried calling them three times and nobody answers the phone. I am off somewhere else.

Great garden, feels like going out of Sydney. Available parking and low traffic to snd from Flower Power.

If you have a garden, this place is a must go for you. The staffs here is super nice and helpful.
