Huge range of indoor and outdoor plants, all look fabulous, very impressed with quality and also pricing was competitive. Only negative is there are virtually no staff to assist.

Fantastic store with amazing plant selection. A worker named Georgia helped me pick the perfect plant and other essentials. She even wrapped them for me free of charge! She was very knowledgeable and had many great tips for me! Looking forward to my next visit.

The best cafe in the nurseries on Mona Vale Road. Something for everyone. Generous sizes beautifully presented. And good coffee too!

I've bought many things from Flower Power and have always been happy with my purchases but I bought 2 pittosporum trees in December at a cost of $750 plus delivery and they have already died.
Our gardener planted them in the correct spot for the trees & they have been watered but not over-watered. I know that you cannot guarantee the life of a tree but $750 for 3 months is very disappointing.

An amazing place, grat selection of stock and varities, but very expensive, I wanted to purchase a small decorative flower pot, but refused to pay $75 for a product I bought elsewhere for $45.

Order pebbles for delivery asked for early morning delivery not a problem the guy said when he took my money ring on the day of delivery only to be told my delivery will be between 11am and 1pm

Best place to spend a cloudy day. Great selection of cactus plants, not to mention all the pot choices.

Very unreliable with delivery. I placed an order which was supposed to be delivered on a particular day and was not so had it postponed and then again I get a call on the day of the delivery that the drivers called in sick and the delivery has to be postponed for the second time. I had to cancel the order.

Very friendly staff and a huge range of plants and home decor items. Well worth a visit if you are an outdoor gardener or indoor plant lover.

It's a good grade centre a bit pricey but the staff are nice and Knowledgeable

I have been trying for weeks to find out how to contact them by email, but can't find a way on their website. I purchased a few herbs on 1st June and was very excited to see them grow in my new raised garden beds, but sadly the basil that I paid $10 for the pot full, just withered away and died within the week. Other basil purchased in Woolies for $3 is still thriving. I am very disappointed.

The new look restaurant Frankie's is great. Prices are reasonable and portions good considering current food prices. Plant prices have gone up though. Not sure if the raise is fair and not a little greedy. Very pleasant to walk around after having a yummy meal though. I bought some seeds to grow veges, and a rescue orchid for $10 a bargain because it will thrive in my house! A nice outing!

Appallingly long wait for lunch to be served, more than 90 minute wait. Tasty meal but unacceptable waiting time. We shall not return.

As a landscaper/gardener, Flowerpower are the best supplier for me, never had any dramas and they are very easy to deal with.

I’m not the type of person I would complain or ever write a review about any business/staff but I feel that customers need to hear about what happened to me and my partner at flower power Terry Hills store. Two weeks ago I visited the store and the lady at the counter requested for me to remove all the items of my trolley and place them on the counter - at the time I had 5 bags of soil mix and 4 pots of roses when I asked the lady if it is possible to scan them while they are in the trolley, she reposed in a rude manner NO! So I asked why would you ask me to move my items of the trolley where the couple that were in front of me had their items scanned while on the trolley, she respond at the time was due to COVID we’re not allowed to touch it. That said, I never bothered arguing with her.
Today my partner visited the shop and purchased 8 pots of flowers and she was treated with the same attitude and disrespect I had from the same lady who served me two weeks ago. At the time my partner also witnessed the treatment and service the lady was able to scan the items for the couple ahead of her but when it was my partner turned she asked her to remove all items and place them on the counter. When my partner ask why couldn’t you scan directly on the trolley as the pots are full of rain and a bit heavy then the lady said: BECAUSE I TOLD YOU SO!
The first it happened to us it really didn’t bother us so much but the second time around it made me furious! I’m not a racist person and would never treat anyone regardless of their race or gender differently but clearly this lady at Flower Power Terry Hills has an issue with Middle Eastern and Asian. On 2 different occasions both my partner and I were treated with disrespect and rude attitude due to our race.
I am so upset and disappointed with the way we were treated - over the past couple of weeks we spent more than $2000 on gardening and that’s the way we get treated.
Shame on you and your service lady! Never advised anyone to go to Flower Power Terry Hills again!
