I rang to confirm stock prior to going 20km to terry hills (40 km return) only to find that they didn’t have any of what they said they had. The staff are underwhelming in attentiveness and a few are simply unhelpful.
This is the second time I’ve noticed this and I won’t be returning.

Not the most educated staff. Product knowledge is poor. Seems to be a problem with communication within the business.

Flower Power has been my favourite garden centre for 20 years plus. It is huge and has a wide range of plants, and garden products. Have purchased bulk soil, wood chip, mulch, sandstone, as well as bulk pebble for major home garden construction, as well as many plants from small to large, native to traditional. They do special orders too.

Ordered a cherry tree online and the tree was delivered in good condition within 3 days. Happy with the quality of the tree, price, and service.

Very lovely nursery and many beautiful plants. However, disappointed for the inconvenient online shopping service. Time wasting.

A wide range of plants and garden accessories from which to select. Seasonal favourites are sometimes at sale prices. Always worth a visit and also a drop on to the restaurant Burnt Dining.

The food is really good and the staff were able to accommodate my dietary requirements. However, for a hot summer day and limited outdoor seating - there was no proper airflow in the indoors seating area! We sweated through our brunch and it wasn't pleasant at all.

Amazing cafe! It has the best food in the area by a long way and the staff are lovely. Really enjoy coming here

Driven past so many times. This time I stopped to pick up an order and found FP to be good. Burnt Dining Cafe was good and recommended - great coffee and cakes. I'll be back!

Hi,
Thought i would suggest that you make the vouchers at least a year before expiring. I had 3 months and with the current year that we have had and less opportunity to get out it has now expired, which is a little disappointing.
Just a thought.

Newly opened cafe is overpriced and offers very average service. Lots of better choices in the area.

The nursery is very lovely and the staff are helpful and friendly, however I lower the rating based on the cafe where the staff are cold and unaccommodating especially what may be the manager. The atmosphere is clinical compared to what it used to be, whereas other cafes in the area have managed to retain a comfortable and warm feeling while still observing Covid restrictions. The coffee is decent but overpriced.
Spend your money elsewhere as there are so many lovely cafes in Terrey Hills and the surrounds.

Admit, we're not frequent customers of Flower Power at Terrey Hills, but go there often.

We don't have any gripes about the store, always enjoy our visit, usually accompanied by our small dog and have lunch or light snack from the cafe. This critical epistle is more directed to Burnt Dining, the new operators of the cafe.

So after cruising around, decided to take in lunch, BIG mistake. First off we were advised dogs not allowed, and we'd have to eat outside. Well that auger well with us, that we had to exit the main store and walk around to the side path and sit at tables besides the cafe.it was 36 degrees! After making a selection from the menu, then had to re-enter the store and the cafe to order and pay.

We asked the staff member who brought us our drinks if there any water bowls for the dogs. Answer NO, yet the next wait person actually inquired if we would like a bowl? But she didn't return and that was last we saw of any staff as a courtesy wing-by.

I ordered the Burnt Cafe Burger, supposedly one of their signature dishes.
Nope! Definitely not. The beef patty had a strange rubbery texture, this in spite of the patty being under-cooked, red in the centre. YUK

Coupled with the above, the biggest disappointment to sour the experience though was not being able to take our dog into the cafe as we'd always done before AND the feeling of being ejected, having to peer through the widows as minions at patrons enjoying their fare in the relative comfort of shade and a couple of fans. We, relegated like Leppers to the 'isolation wing'.

Burnt Dining.you've lost us a customer. Not so welcoming or convivial.

NOTICE TO DOG OWNERS - LEAVE THEM AT HOME IF YOU INTEND DINE AT THE CAFE

Quite pricey plants etc (and no one knows anything about plants if you need advice) but the worst part is the Burnt Cafe which has new owners. Their menu used to be nice & catered to vegetarians as well. Not one vego meal listed now on lunch menu unless you like boring green salad. Very overpriced & if you want an iced chocolate be prepared for room temperature milk in a tiny glass. Not going back.

Very little acknowledgement from a lot of the staff that we were there a simple hello goes a long way, found a lot of prices considerably dearer for identical plants at other nurseries, with so many staff was not good to see so many plants so desperate for water, having worked in the retail nursery trade for 50 years know the downfall this store has, we drove a long way to get there and won't be back, the Glenhaven store is much better they at least say hello

Great range, healthy plants. Helpful staff. A bit more pricey than other places but good quality stock.

Would not accept a gift card as their IT system was not working. I expect them to have a manual fall-back system. Instead it was a waste of 90 minutes for nothing. Not customer friendly.
