Flip Out Castle Hill reviews
68Always going to be busy if it's either raining, weekend or school holidays. Kids love it though and parents take your reading material while they burn themselves out.
Don't go in Summer or on hot days. The place is a hot tin furnace. Air conditioning is needed! Toilets smell a special kind of gross. Hot toilet smell is even better.
There are lots of high schoolers running the place which is fine but things get on top of them. I didn't see any adults working there the entire time.
Facilities for parties are good. Lots of spaces. The trampolines were good. Not in the best place for supervising though. You can't see anything from the tables. They had a lot of parties running whilst we were there.
I think the spaces for the little kids need to be fenced off. There were big kids in there knocking them over and being dangerous. Nobody was following up. That includes on the under 5s play equipment upstairs. It is really annoying when you as an adult are getting almost knocked over constantly by pre teens with a death wish. If you have little ones go on a school day.
A wonderful experience at Flip Out Castle Hill where the birthday of my granddaughter was celebrated. WoW what an awesome experience
Very over crowded. The dodgeball trampolines were out of order. One of the basketball rings were broken - hence out of order. Some of the trampolines could do with safety - including the corners/edges as my foot went straight through - some walls are solid and should be padded. Besides that - it’s cheap $16/hr and something different. Staff are all mostly young teens - but they do a fine job.
Saturday night, quiet and kids had so much fun running around doing what they want. Friendly staff and fun.
Had my daughter's birthday party here. The service was amazing, and the pizza was great. Thank you so much for making her day memorable!
Poor maintenance mean there are areas of safety risk in the centre with gaps between padding a trampolines. Generally staffed by teenagers who have questionable first aid training given how they dealt with an injury sustained there. Understaffed in the school holiday with ratio of patrons to staff
