Flip Out Castle Hill reviews
68 The place is good for kids. Separate area for younger kids to play. Decent cafe with reasonable menu.
3 stars because of the staff! While the overall operation is smooth, I don’t like the staff hovering around the kids. If a toddler decides to just lie down on the trampoline for a sec these Nazis immediately come and start calling out the kid, even when there’s no other kid around. Same when a kid tries to sit down for a sec between jumps! I understand that there are rules but these are 2-4 yr old kids! KIDS Not robots, who can jump continuously for 1-2 hours! Most of this staff is a bunch of teenagers who don’t understand this simple fact! Whole place is run by these clueless delinquents!
Esterday at flip out i went with 2 of my friends, we are 19. I did a very normal jump and as i was landing heard a loud snap. My legs shin bone was sticking out, clearly severely injured. I am screaming in pain. It took team members much longer than it should have for medical assistance. TEAM NEED TO BE TRAINED FOR INJURIES at such a injury prone place. As my bone is clearly sticking out under my skin i am screaming in pain and young boy asks “should i call ambulance? ” YES.why hasnt BASIC training been given. He also proceeded to walk on the trampoline around me which caused me severe pain to which my friend told him to stop. The whole thing was a nightmare for me ans i do feel like i couldve been taken care of much better. Staff actually said “this isnt the worst weve seen” which is very concerning. Flipout please train your staff members its appalling. I ended up breaking 2 bones and needing surgery.
It's a nice place, not a lot of people at the time of visit so it was good fun for kids
Nice place, it gets really busy during weekends, also on hot days can get bit uncomfortable inside. Suggest to plan/book in advance
Kids age 3 and 10 had a great time with unlimited laser tag and Jumping from 8pm on a Saturday night.
Had so much fun and facility is clean.
My daughter had her birthday party today, she is keep telling me that she liked her party host Grace a lot.
Compare to some other places flipout castle hill is highly recommend.environment, facilities and definitely professional and friendly staff
Staff are friendly and helpful. Especially Kaylen. I think that's how you spell it
The facilities are great! The equipment was all in good working order.
The party rooms were clean and located in a good area.
Omg. The air con was working! Much better than other Flip Out locations Ive been too!
Parking was easy
No complaints! Everything was fantastic!
Thanks to a the guys working on the 6th of May 2023!
Very cool place to bring a young child.
Reasonably priced & tidy - wasn't crowded on a Thursday night.
I hopped around with the kiddo & worked up a lil sweat too.
You won't be disappointed here. Steve and the team value customer experience so highly ~ thanks for making our day.
It was my son's birthday and the experience from onboarding, help with minor stuff was amazing and finally you don't have to bother about the cleanup.
Special mention about the complementary laser tag game which the kids enjoyed and mother's day gift made the day!
Absolutely beautiful place with bright design, lovely music and nice atmosphere. It became my kids’ favourite place to practice their gymnastic & acrobatic skills and to have fun after we discovered thanks to the birthday party
A disappointing visit to day the least!
Firstly I don’t understand why a toddler has to pay the same as older children as their area is a fraction of the big kid area!
Secondly signing needs to be posted about NOT filming or photographing other people’s children, and staff need better training in areas of conflict resolution as one staff member laughed when I said the other lady was racist towards ourselves and our children without hearing any explanation of to why we felt this way, as any time a non Asian child approached them or near their trampoline they tried to rush their kids off and treated our children like they had the plague/virus of some sorts!
Children’s safety needs to be taken more seriously as the Asian lady filmed, pushed and then lectured my child with a finger inches from his nose (his 3 years of age)
As I intervened the lady tried these same tactics toward myself, but let’s just say she was a bit shocked when I then explained it’s rude and not ok to do this to my son or myself or anyone else in this country!
I suggest anyone that goes through the same or similar to call the police so phones/cameras are checked in instances like these, as a drink to make my experience better just adds insult to such an experience!
I’m happy to redo my review once I can see these major issues are sorted, as children’s safety should be the number one priority!
Thank you
We had our son's 6th birthday party here. I can highly recommend this place. Everything is well organised. Make sure you have a package that includes a party host, heaven sent!
Really good place, had lots of fun but the chicken nuggets and food in general was a big zero, the nuggets look have been burnt and there is no meat inside! Really disappointing
It feels like a sauna when you walk in so we left after 30 minutes because it was just way too hot in there. Could do with some better ventilation or AC. Trampolines are great but that’s all there is - no foam pits or extra areas like other flip out locations
Nice local place with a long list of items to order. Plus you will always encounter a big smile in the morning.
Went there for my sons friend birthday party. The place looks fun but a bit tired. Having said that the kids don’t mind. One thing to note parking is hard to find so if u see street parking take it straight away.
Good for kids to play. Food isn't great but not too bad either. Ample space, toilets are usually clean and never had any safety concern. Parking can be a bit tight given it is usually crowded.
Visited a few times on the weekends, always very busy. The facilities are good, and the kids have always enjoyed it.
Why are all the workers here little children? I thought it was the children who were supposed to be supervised, but instead they're the supervisors. This is very worrying, as my 6 year old son fell off the trampoline and the workers just stood there laughing. Where is my and my sons' justice? #wewantjustice #helpmyson #childlabour
