Flip Out Castle Hill

I would not recommend this place to people with special needs, my nephew was constantly harassed by the employers at flipout castle hill, I’m so devastated we left 20min into the party we were invited to, I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN
IM DISGUSTED BY THEIR BEHAVIOUR

Food is pricey, no foam pit but a great way to keep the kids occupied while you sit with a cuppa. If you're wanting to get into a good book while the kids jump, be sure to bring ear plugs ;)

Excellent! Perfect for kids birthday parties. The staff are very supportive and understanding, the catering is perfect too. Thank you so much for making it so easy for us.

They kicked out someone for no resason (he was proven innocent on camera but they still kicked him out) and then made everyone leave because of it.

Had my 5 year olds birthday here. Did not disappoint. Never seen the kids have so much fun and the staff were so wonderful. Made everything easy.

It's in the new location and as always is extraordinarily busy, but feels safe and kids love it. No foam pot any more which everyone loved, but there is a toddler section which is great and our 3 yo loved it. Thus 4 not 5. Definitely worth z visit on a rainy day.

Awesome place to enjoy. But there is no aircon in the areas where there is party tables. So it was freezing. And I had a young child 4 months old and baby was crying due to cold whole 3 hours. Better they change it to accommodate all else no use to have party there.

Fantastic for the kids, they get to have loads of fun in a clean safe environment and expel some energy in the process. No issues.

Horrible for the adults. Lack of proper air conditioning in a giant noisy warehouse. Bottles of water come in at $4 and a small frozen drink at $5 each and even if your not jumping around you still work up a sweat in the heat so you are stuck paying those exorbitant prices. For a family of 4 needing more then one drink you can see how quickly that would add up.they also do not provide jugs of water so don't think you can save a few dollars that way.
Some of the other kids display bullying behavior (can't be helped) but the staff won't address the issue so don't bother going to them.

If another parent is hosting a party here, sure, drop the kids off and run. They will have a blast. If you personally can avoid it then there are plenty of other options local to the area.

Really funnnnn. Super good trampoline park. Would highly recommend any day. Because of COVID-19 the foam pit is closed, but the rest of the park is still so much fun. Nice people working there and super easy rules to follow.love the green by the way.has 2 gymnastic trampoline run things which are so fun.and some padded boxes you can flip off.overall amazing place, worth your money.

Went on a weekday but the entire place was closed for school groups. My kids had a pupil free day and were very disappointed. When I see the operating hours I expect it to be open!

I had my son's 8th birthday here and it was thr best decision ever. The staff were fantastic and so attentive and the kids had a blast and so much fun. There isn't more I could have asked for. Thank you!

Flip out castle hill is an amazing place to go with friends for a fun and enjoyable time. With a recent facelift of the trampolines it's very easy to really high! They facility has, also a small cafe only serving confectionery items, coffee, pies, chips etc along with coffee and tea. The three primary issues I have with this centre that would have, if corrected, would have turned my review into a five stars is, the amount of people allowed in the facility at one time, kids being allowed to roam into the older kids section and the lack of staff keeping patrons safe whilst using the facility.

Now I know that flip-out must maximise profit, as that's what businesses are meant to do however, during peak hours, which is when most people visit, the trampolines are way to crowed to jump on without hitting and hurting someone. Not to mention the fact that they'll only have 1-2 staff at one particular place most of the time. This poses an extreme risk to the safety of patrons as well as peace in the facility. They should impose a max limit on how many people should be in the facility at any one time so that this risk is reduced

When visiting flip out castle hill I would always be in the older kids trampolines section. And it's not common to see 3-4 year olds wander on the tramps un-accompanied. This poses a major health and safety risk to the child who doesn't know better. And what do the staff do, nothing. Mainly because they aren't even there supervising or they're playing with other patrons. It comes to no suprise that when I was there once I witnessed a kid, no older then seven, fall off one of the new blocks they installed in the older kids area directly on the head. And it was only when another patron went and informed staff on this incident they began to help the child, who by then was bleeding in the head.

My final issue with this facility is the presence of staff keep peace between patrons. I have witnessed 15+ fights between different patrons all started for petty reasons. And where were the staff. Not to be seen. It was only when one of the patrons mother's informed staff on the incident that they tried to look for the other child in the incident to no success. However when I went to look I found him instantly jumping and having fun.

Overall two of the three issues can be fixed simply by increasing staff numbers and staff availablity.

Despite all of this I still recommend coming here only in later hours however, such as 4 o'clock.

We celebrated our son’s bday at Flip out & he and his friends absolutely loved it. Host (David) was amazing & he took care of everything. Definitely recommend for bday parties.

It is very well organised, I was there for a child's birthday. The staff were very good with the children. I thought it's a bit on the expensive side. The children had a great time.

My daughters birthday party was so easy. The host that they provided (Connor) really engaged with the kids and helped them have a lot of fun. The pizza was great and all the kids left with smiles on their faces.

5 stars for the fun the kids have. It's perfect for parties etc.

But now it when these venues need to think about the parents. Put something here for parents, not just massage chairs that have to be paid for.

Doesn't deserve 1 star, the management of this place is horrible and disgusting, the cleanliness is poor and one of the staff members told me its poorly managed

Terrible venue for party, unhygienic, staff look very tired and overworked and the food came out 30 minutes late, pretty poor considering the party is 2 only hours, it isn't worth paying $400 to go here, might as well have a picnic
