Flip Out Castle Hill reviews
68The trampolines are fun, lots do to, however, cafeteria is desperately in need of cleaning, it's awful, tables were ALL dirty, every single one, cups were stained, and when i pointed it out to them, she was like: "that's just a stain". Wow, really? How about cleaning it? I've asked to replace at least three of them, as she kept giving the dirty cups
Highly Disappointed with my recent experience on my sons birthday & would love to share it with you guys as well. I have organised so many parties at different venues for different occasions & to my utter surprise the one at Flip Out Castle Hill has been the WORST!
1. Our Party Venue @ Castle Hill surprising had no Fans/Air con even on the Hottest Day in Dec. All the guests wanted to leave & not be in the party arena at all as they were heavily sweating & felt suffocated!
2. Highly disappointed by the service of our Party Host- Rick who was more interested to sit in the room & us chasing him every now & then-Guests being neglected all the time.
3. We had ordered Adult Pizzas way in advance & you guys failed to deliver them on time leaving our guests hungry & confused with the plan.
4. There was no enthusiasm shown from Party Host at all-Quite surprised why did I end up paying extra for Party Host when we had to do everything by ourselves. I was ashamed as my guests were serving foods to kids as well.
5. We were then evacuated out of the room quick as it was all your fault & delay in giving food-Poor Management on your end
It was shear wastage of my $500 & would never suggest anyone to organise a party considering our recent experience.
Great ideaas a business. Too many kids in at once. No room to jump around for my young daughter.she was knocked over twice. Should be able to take in own water. Or be Free Water only. Rip Off food & Drinks.
Came in today and had extremely poor service when i asked for more water for the party kids, surely thats not too much to ask
Plenty of parking spaces. Great facilities. Friendly staff. The kids had so much fun at their friend's birthday party. The only let down is at one point there were too many bigger kids who accidentally knocked down the little ones. Maybe a designated area for smaller kids. Good place though. We'll definitely come back!
Great place to take the kids, we organised to have a party here which everyone enjoyed a lot one point to note is if you don't get a party room you have to watch out for random children walking in to grabbing food from the tables as they are closely positioned which can be a little cramped.
Took 30 minutes at the door to sign in for a birthday party, staff walking around aimlessly and kids getting upset, needs some management oversight, very poorly run
Kids had fun HOWEVER,
Coffee is bad (burnt and cold) the barista would have been 15yrs old if that
"Tubz" lolly vending machines are such a rip off they should be illegal. The "tubz" are only half full but covered with stickers. There is a massive lack of supervision considering parents aren't allowed on the mats. No healthy choices for lunch.
Attended a kids birthday party here. There were too many parties booked at once and the host was given a different party room to what they were told- it was on the ground floor and looked like a dungeon, I think a black wall with a happy bhirthday banner (no murals like the other rooms). They opted to have the party in the upstairs open seating area instead. It was a warm day and there is no proper cooling in the centre. The large ceiling fans didn't do much for the kids- they were boiling and had to take breaks from playing to cool down. They get hot and bothered jumping even on a regular day- there should be better arrangements for warm days. I would avoid during summer days.
Just left this place- today was our first visit, and Ricky (the flipout staff on the two big trampoline area) was amazing.he was good with my son who was scared to jump in, and was very encouraging and managed to both help my son and still take charge over the other kids.
Also the girls at the cafe are very patient and cheerful, and were very friendly to my 6yr old.
Plenty of fun to be had with the wall jumping trampolinea and the full arena. Staff don't often intefere unless you break the rules. There is also a nice trampolining community there although it gets way too crowded most times
Such a fabulous place to have your child's 6th Birthday. The kids had an absolute blast! Would highly recommend to anyone.
Has a Cafe to hang at while the kids wear themselves out. Kids love it but it is quite busy on the weekends as expected though. Parking is a pain on tbe weekends so ensure you get in early or you will be parking on the street
Nice place to spend good 2 or 3 hours. Cafe has good coffee and some hot and cold food as well.prices are good too. Big parking lot underground and on ground level. Clean toilets.
Great play time and safe for children and adults. We were unfortunate that a loved one needed medical attention for their condition but i would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff that came to our assistance. They were helpful, caring and one staff member stayed with us the whole time. +**** i would give you 10 stars.
Nice place for kids to have fun exercise as well as get tired
Place not very clean though and that's something which is visible throughout
Always a great place to bring the kids. Not overcrowded or too busy like Bounce. Basic jumping without the fancy stuff. Stag a very friendly. Make sure you pack a water bottle of 2 because they don’t seem to have a water tap anywhere for you to fill up your bottle.
Overall good-although you'll probably get bored if you come often. The staff was friendly and not fuzzy about the time. I bought 1 hr ticket and I literally went for 1.5hr and they didn't ask us to pay extra.
No airconditioning.too hot for my kid, left well before our paid hour.had tosearch for a staff member for front desk whenwe arrived.vacuum cleaner long cord left allspread out when unused inmainwalking area to cafe and later to bathroom.bathroom floor wet andd slippery.people spashing to try not to overheat needsnon slip mat orflooring
If you are thinking about booking a party in flip out then don't bother because there will be no special treatment for party guests or party host to look after you so you might as well walk in as a normal paying customer and order some pizza from near by pizza shop and save yourself tons of money.please don't be full by their party packages because you will not receive any of it on the day. All i received for my kids party was table with reserved sign on it and some popcorn, pizza and drink on the table but that's all you will get but any other kids venue for less then $30 per kids you will get yourself a proper party host and hassle free day for parents.
