It's much more inviting then before. There are co-workers who are willing to engage in discussion about how the possibility of joining on a long term basis.

Very suspect activity. High pressure sales tactics and used car salesmen approach. Try A different fitness centre and avoid F First ridiculous

I called to enquire something in the morning, however the person who picked up (Jason) was incredibly rude. I was having a good experience with every member of Fitness First until I encountered this ignorant person. Please train your staff to have the very basic skill of being polite.

Worst fitness first you can ever experience, the Indian front desk stuff is literacy as rude as you can be to Asians, don’t get how she is still able to work here despite all the negative comments you get from other reviews as well. The club is lucky you can’t give below 0.

What a Shame to the brand.

Equipment is frequently out of use for long periods of time, extremely busy during lunch and evening times and you will encounter idiots who are occupying equipment just sitting there watching TV on their phone but not actually exercising while you're just twiddling your thumbs hoping for them to notice you

This is not worth being a platinum gym. The equipments are old. This is the least organised fitness First I've been to.

Couple of ladies at front are very rude, especially Gilda. I have been experiencing worst customer service in my few years gym life. I did enjoy the classes very much, but I believe the horrible customer services will just leave in my memory for quite a while.
