After engaging with John Hesse for many years, both purchases and sales, his agency was an obvious choice for the sale of our property in Quakers Hill. His team are always professional and go above and beyond to ensure a smooth sale took place for our property. A call out to Taylor for his exceptional efforts at 8pm on a Saturday night! After relisting the property during COVID 19, it took just 1 week for the sale of the property to take place. Absolutely the best experience with rental agent we have ever had. We rented a 4br house and from application to living to vacating, we can't fault the team. They check in regularly, they respond to enquiries almost instantly and repairs are attended to in timely manner. Madeline from maintenance is such pleasure to deal with and so efficient! Also, the contractors they're using are wonderful.

We appreciated the fact that we only had two agents over more than three years, it tells a bit about commitment and working environment. Other agents we rented with or used for our investment property had employees in and out the door on monthly basis.

Do not use First National Hills Direct. They never answer your calls or emails. We ended a 4.5 year lease and they took us to the tribunal. We left the house cleaner than when we took Possession and they find trivial things to try and get your money. When in court the property manager flat out lied to the judge to push her case. Maintenance requests are ignored. The property owner let himself into my yard twice without our knowledge or consent and when questioned about it he blatantly denied it even after admitting it in front of the property manager. I requested things from them which was denied even though it is written in the contract that we are entitled to them. I would recommend going with another agency. I am still to this day waiting for the owner or his wife to contact me to try and resolve this and it's been a month.
