When I first met John to discuss the possibility of selling my house, he was absolutely amazing, very patient and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and answered questions that I hadn't thought of asking. He took me through the process - what would be expected, and the fees and costs up front so I knew what to expect at the end and timelines. I was kept update throughout the entire process and I was never left wondering where we were up to or what happens next. When a situation changed I was given advice on how to proceed and reassured the entire time. This meant that I ended up getting a really good sales price in a really good time frame - perfect for what I needed. Even after exchanging the contracts and during the cooling off, I've been kept up to date on the whole process. I would definitely recommend John and use him (and the entire team) again in the future. Everybody has been wonderful including John, Eddie, and all the amazing ladies that form the team.
