Paul is a hardworking, passionate and professional agent who went above and beyond to help us with the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. The lack of communication from the beginning of our tenancy was appalling from our property manager Adele. We took over a lease from friends with the rental being occupied for over 3 years and after a year our friends names were still on the lease as the primary occupant. This was assured from the day of changeover that it had been changed. Fast forward another year when leaving the property they were still on the lease and the bond still in their name again after being assured that this had all been fixed up. It took over 2 years to get the water tank fixed only after it became a health hazard due to black mould after chasing it up with multiple unanswered emails and phone calls. 24 hours after it was fixed during the covid lockdown we received an email saying our rent was being raised. New tenant inspections were organised without us knowing, only finding out from looking at real estate pages ourselves and then having to call the office to confirm about these inspections that we saw online. Every time I tried to contact Our property manager at the office I was told by the very polite receptionist she was out of the office. This became a regular occurrence only being contacted once I tried to get a manager involved. On top of all this it took almost 2 weeks to get our bond and extra rent money we’d paid after being told it would take 3 days. A very unprofessional and unreliable experience with the property manger
