I have been dealing with Alex P, since I moved in 6 months ago. I highly recommended Alex and the rest of the team from Exclusive Real Estate from the very beginning. Always spoke highly of them, and recommended them to everyone. I believed them to come across one of the best real estate agent and company I've ever dealt with, during my many years of renting, these fella's were great at the beginning. Throughout the rent process, I had no issues, was happy and that I was in good hands. It was only when I left the property last week. I had issues. Now, that I have moved out of the property. I was blind-sighted with an invoice of of $270, which was mostly for small scratches on the door way. I was promised that he would look for cheaper alternative, and instead just received an email that would be taken out of my bond. No update, or to confirm the price with me first, did not run the prices by me or confirmed this with me. Thanks for the attempt in helping me, and keeping your word that you would try your best to find someone cheaper, especially when you first quoted me $100 + $70 for the cleaning. (which I was more than happy to pay for the $70) not so much for the $100, then they decided to double the price. If I had known I was going to be quoted $200 for small scratches, (which you claim to be real big damages)
I would of had taken into my own hands. I couldn't believe it. I looked after that apartment every day, and made my very best to keep in immaculate condition. While other tenants are smoking weed, having dogs living there barking through the day, and tenants playing loud music. I was very shocked, to say the least. As I had no issues from my end.
I will defiantly not go back to this Real Estate.

By far one of the best relestates I've rented off. Excellent service, good communication, and quick to get repairs done. Their property management has exceeded my expectations.

The worst service that a real state can provide. It is really poor and is not only our perception it is from other tenants in the building. Not communication at all, the response, etc.

I’ve been living in a property managed by Exclusive Real Estate for 13 years. They have been exceptional throughout the tenancy and prompt with repairs and any issues. My property manager Cassandra has been excellent and superb! Would definitely recommend Exclusive. 5 stars is not enough!

Really bad service, poor communication, didn't look after the building properly, bins outside the building and the cleaner didn't came to clean it for 3 w-4 weeks. You need to chase them all the time, they don't look after the property. Hopefully the landlord changes to another real estate.

Well i have gone through many of the real estate agents but i never had such a good experience like this one. All the staffs are good and mostly Robert johnson our property manger he is really helpful he was there to help us. Thank you Robert and the team.

An absolute shocking real estate with very unprofessional business practices.

We applied to rent a property that was in a severely delapertated condition. We agreed to accept the property in its condition. The owner wanted us to have us as tenants.

Later that afternoon we received a call from the agency advising that “the owner is going to put in new carpet and new paint and as a result we are going to increase the rent by as much as $80 extra per week!

We withdraw our application immediately.

Cleary they seen our income and decided to attempt to milk us for everything they can get. Hopefully people will see This review and reconsider using this agency.

Terrible customer service. Might appear friendly towards owners but showing nothing but contempt for tenants.

In 1.5 years of renting the property manager changed 3 times. Response to faults was slow. Always sent the absolute cheapest handiman who did more harm than good. Didn’t bother following up with building management (good luck with the intercom, we’ve given up chasing it and instead moved).

The worst was Ron Akbulut’s behaviour at the end of tenancy. He knowingly violated several Fair Trading rules and attempted to scam us out of our bond money in a way that can only be described as rude and contemptful. He didn’t bother to show up to the tribunal hearing either and when he was called in via conference call he sounded very sheepish and admitted that there’s no claim against us. Thanks Ron, I hope this serves as a warning for other tenants and owners who don’t want to be associated with unprofessional, rude and disrespectful agents.

I have been renting a unit handled by Ron, Response times to issues reported have been great. Would definitely recommend using their service as they have been very fair so far.

I would give 0 stars but unfortunately you can't go that low. This is THE worst real estate agency to deal with for both tenants and landlords alike. I would not recommend using these incompetent people if they were the last real estate agency on Earth. They are lazy, arrogant and could not care less about customer satisfaction. My advice would be to stay away, far away!

Property manager Rejuan Hasan is very rude and very unprofessional. Did not respond to problems I was having in a timely manner. It was very difficult to get things fixed in our Strathfield South apartment. Problems I had included:
- bath that leaked multiple times
- mouldy carpet in bedroom and bathroom
- mailbox broken into multiple times
- garage door that kept breaking
- balcony door broken (still awaiting repairs)
- storage cage broken into and lock still broken (reported 1.5 years ago and still waiting to be repaired)
Rejuan was hard to communicate with and very unsympathetic. He needs his performance reviewed by the real estate, as he is not representing this real estate company very well.

I have just had an exceptional experience leasing my property through Cassandra at Exclusive Real Estate. Cassandra has impeccable communication skills, calling and emailing updates and always getting back to me in a timely manner, not only was she amazing to deal with but she also leased my property after the first open home which meant I had no period of vacancy. Such an awesome experience I would definitely recommend this agency.

I had an chance working for Exclusive real estate not long ago. There are several aspects that impressed me and gave me memorable images:
1- Comprehensive system and systematical procedures which probably one of the best I have worked with;
2- Great family culture which constructed by two established bosses: not only they know their stuffs but they like to give and share - share with staffs for company's success and profits also give back to community for helping and support (which is rare nowadays) ;
3- Colleagues are really supportive and friendly. Majority of them have extensive industrial knowledge and effective problem-solving skills. They are representing decent professionalism all the time as property managers.
I would no hesitate to recommend Exclusive real estate to anyone who wants to develop their career and to feel be taken cared as well as to anyone who wants amazing service for their property (ies) management.
