If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not trust this agency, they are liars and will not respond to you (as tenants). Lyanne lied to my partner 2 days before the agreed move in date. He was promised that the curtains would be repaired (the best feature of the apartment). They can not keep their word. For 1-1.5 years, the apartment was given cockroach-infested and Lyanne did not care. Countless ignored emails and calls, resorting to my partner having to email Lyanne’s boss to get a single response.

I repeat, do not trust this agency. Once they sign you, they are completely hands off. These positive reviews here are fake and likely done by friends and family.

When we were moving out and they held inspections, again, they lied to prospective tenants who asked about the curtains. My partner kindly told them the truth

Horrible Experience. Tried to rob me. They applied for fair trading before the end of my contract and without consulting and without having disagreement with the tenant. They provided my previous address while applying for fair trading. Luckily, I went to previous address to check an important letter and found it out. Otherwise, this real estate would have kept all of my bond. Worst real estate for tenants. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR BOND BACK WITH THIS REAL ESTATE.

Emile was extremely helpful and answered all my questions promptly and was very transparent with the whole process.

Very nice new building, rooms and bathrooms, comes with a lot of utilities and perks. Great place for my first rent.
