I wish I could give this Real Estate service a lower rating. No call backs. Not even bothering to answer emails. Helen Yu is just plain rude. Last time me and my family use this service!

Charging a cleaning fee out of bond even though we left the place in much better condition than we got it

I had a really wonderful experience with Exclusive Real Estate. Helen Yu was the property manager of the apartment I was renting and I would always receive an immediate response, she would answer any questions and was a genuine help for any requests I made.

They organised an inspection at a certain time. They failed to show up. No apology. Suddenly the home is no longer listed. Poor organisation. Unprofessional. This was only an inspection so imagine dealing with them for your needs if you actually leased.

Have been looking around Sydney for a rental.
I was running 15mins late to my viewing, Lily the estate agent was absolutely lovely, she had no worries waiting back at the end of her work day and made me feel comfortable.
Throughout the application process Lily was extremely good in assisting myself in regards to the queries I had, always responded to messages swiftly and actually created applying for this property the easiest and most enjoyable I have experienced.
I've travelled Australia, lived in many houses and can say with conviction that Lily from Exclusive Real Estate held the most professional and enjoyable experience in the process of acquiring a premises.
I actually never normally write reviews though this girl deserves a big thank you!

Very disappointed with their unprofessional services. Uses forged documents in regards to returning rental bonds. Not recommended at all.

Weirdly aggressive and rude. They told our landlord we had complained about leaks when we hadn't, causing tension between us, then doubled down on that claim without evidence of our "complaint". We negotiated a new contract and they never send it to us. We ask to have our notice of vacancy period shortened which they rejected and then tried to get people to inspect it whilst we were still there. They accused us of leaving stuff that was already in the apartment, showing us old photos that didn't show the stuff that we took photos of. We left the apartment a bit messier than they liked and we were trying to sort out getting it cleaned (during COVID and again, with an infant). They then have the audacity to call my wife at work (whilst juggling taking care of our 9 month old) and when my wife says she couldn't call back earlier because she was doing her job, "well I have a job too". The difference between this agency and Prestige who we currently are renting through is like day and night, they were friendly and courteous and professional even before we were with them.

From my decades of renting in Sydney, I can say without exaggeration that Emma has been the best property manager I have ever interacted with. It is wondrously refreshing to have a property manager like Emma who actually cares - so many don't about renters but Exclusive Real Estate has always had our best interests at their core. I am so grateful for Emma's empathetic and compassionate conduct to my family especially during tough covid times with job losses. Emma went above and beyond to take care of us and soothe our anxieties. We thank Exclusive Real Estate and feel lucky to have been in their very good hands!
