I have been dealing with Emma Mattiuzzo, from Exclusive Real Estate, for over a year and she has always went over and above to support me as a tenant with all pragmatism and transparency. One evening I got locked out of my apartment and I called her, from desperation, coincidentally she was in the same area and she made the effort to drop off to me a copy of the keys - and that's how I gained access again to my apartment. Any other agent would have asked me to contact a locksmith service.
I highly recommend Emma, as a professional and empathetic agent.

I had an inspection booked which had already moved around twice. I had text confirmation and when I checked with the person prior he said he will be meeting me at that time. I turned up on time and was calling up until 10minutes passed and he had no idea and swore saying ‘shit’ out of confusion (not directly to me but he realised his disorganisation) and asked to reschedule. I’m disappointed with how unprofessional he was and for wasting my time. I said I wasn’t interested anymore and he still promoted. Word of advice be cautious if you are talking to someone named Alex from this real estate.

Chloe Oh is an excellent agent and I highly recommend her. She is extremely helpful, responsive and organised. She explained everything clearly, is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. It can be daunting as first home purchasers like ourselves to step into the market and purchase property, but Andrew made the whole process so easy for us. He is very approachable, knowledgeable and we felt that he provided honest and fair advice to all our questions and queries. He didn't feel like a mere vendor's agent but an agent that was willing to help both sides of the party, which is rare to find these days! We really cannot fault our experience with him and its only been a pleasure doing business with him.

I really have great experience with Exclusive Real estate the staff members were very kind and valuing their custom easy going service and smooth process

After renting in Sydney for about 20 years and having great relationships with all agents and owners I dealt with I rented a property through this agency about 2 years and have just moved out. It was, hands down the most stressful agent/owner I have ever dealt with. The agents were Samantha and then Lyanne who were both very unprofessional, don't communicate well and play the blame game with the tenant. Each time I put in a request for repair I was told it was my fault, I did something etc, none of which could be justified by them once a professional investigated. Watch your ingoing report, mine was filled with inaccuracies, they even said there was a working clothes dryer when there wasn't even a clothes dryer. Be very wary if renting through this company.

Worst real estate. Misrepresentation and misleading. They advertised properties with high description but deliver without. Later blame to us.it's your fault that you didn't check.
