Paid extra for Woolworths express delivery between 10am and 11am this morning so I knew the $250 food delivery would arrive on time for a 12 noon business meeting. Didn't arrive. Chased it at 1.30pm and was told a driver would be assigned straight away. It's now 5pm and no delivery, no call, no SMS. Thanks for nothing.

Yellow delivers with Woolworths.driver arrived 30 mins before specified delivery window and promptly returned goods to Woolworths. Its been over 3 hours and the tracker still says 2 hours till delivery. Ive had to put my day on hold for this and its ridiculous since the items can't be left unattended. I hope Woolworths changes to a different 3rd party courier.

I have never known a more unreliable service of its kind. Entirely unprofessional in my experience. I believe anyone who decides to use this service will be bitterly disappointed. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Useless. Drivers fail to deliver consistently, zero attempt at contact. The big supermarkets should use a reliable contractor and not these muppets

Ordered books for a same day delivery from Big W, received a txt from yello advising me that my order would reach me a few hours later only to receive another txt from yello saying my order was cancelled! Their driver picked up my order but then didn't deliver! So who has my order? ! Big W were notified as well.

Just to let you know, my order was picked up by one of your drivers & then the yello driver cancelled my order with my order on board! As far as I'm aware that constitutes theft! I have spoken to Big W who said my order was picked up by your driver, so your drivers fault not Big W!

Very poor customer service and do not follow through on their promises. Do not use this service! You can only contact an outsourced call center in the Philippines who try to help however Drive Yello management do not follow through with the promises given by the call center. I was told that I would have the opportunity to sign off on the job before invoicing - NOT TRUE! They just invoiced me. A 3 hour delivery job took the driver 5 hours because is drove in circles for 1 hour due to their hopeless navigation system. I spent 5 hours on the phone to the driver directing him to the locations.very frustrating! It would of being easier to do it myself! I complained for 2 months and management ignored every phone call. They simply don't care about their customers and just want your money!

Disgusting service. I was told my order was delivered and it was not, it was delivered to the incorrect address and the driver had apparently placed my over $300 package on someone elses car. When I have contacted the company they had told me it was UP TO THE DRIVER to practically do his job and deliver it to the correct address. As I kept calling the company back they said the driver had turned off his phone. I keep receiving two different stories from two different operators. Disgusting service, highly unprofessional would not recommend to anyone AT ALL

How about start to retraining all the staff with time frame delivery with bws when they it be delivery in 1 hour but you people just taking time and delivery 3 hours later.get it right for once as it not the first time i had to wait

Driver accepted job but never turned up. Tried to contact yello. Spent ages on hold then hung up on 3 times. Tried the online chat. Ages before getting a generic response apologizing for delay. Still no one to help. Delivery is now 4.5hrs late. Only use Yello if you want your company look like complete amateurs. Useless.

The absolute worst end delivery service. I am a customer who had a product delivered by a Yello driver, (in particular - His name was Rizwan Zafar, Yello ID-2003) who took over TWO HOURS from the given time of delivery to finally deliver.

During this two hours, I watched this courier drive around town aimlessly, stop in a shop (presumably to have dinner?) and when he arrived, the bags appear to have been thrown on the ground outside my door and the driver drove off before I could ask what the hell went down.

I tried to lodge this complaint with Yello and I received silence via e-mail and they have no customer complaint like (ringing their listed number just results in a robot asking if you are a courier or a business.)

Absolutely awful company, 0/10. If I ever get a delivery going through this company again, I am cancelling and refunding it.

Just so all the drivers know. The onboarding fee is part of the scam. They get you in give you work for 2 weeks then new onboarders come and take all the work from under you. The key to what they say is it is better than commission, but it is not. I'd like to find anyone that has driven for these guys for longer than 3 weeks. Peace.

Very poor response time for issue raised. I completed the onboarding and passed the quiz required to qualify as Yello Courier. All documents were submitted two days prior to onboarding. During the onboarding, it was mentioned that activation of account would occur within 24 hours. It is now 2 days and my account is yet to be activated. Despite contacting support, there has been no response. Very disappointed.

This is a horrible company. They underpay the staff and after that neither reply on chat nor on the call. Every-time you contact the support you have to explain everything from the scratch. The wait time OMG is horrible over the chat and call. I don't know who is running this company. There must legal action taken by the government authorities.

Asking drivers to pay $24.90 to sign up for a training webinar is ridiculous. At least specify this on your website and FAQ's so applicants don't provide you with all the personal information and drivers licence copy only for Yello to eventually ask for money to complete registration.just wow.

As the operator of a small pizza shop the Drive Yello platform has allowed me to offer a driver tracking service to my customers that was previously only available to the big chains with deep enough pockets and enough stores to foot the tech bill. Sure the platform has a few issues from time to time, like anything, but it Drive Yello has revolutionalised my business. I am able to deliver pizzas hotter & faster, making sure my drivers spend more time on the road, and my customers know where their food is!

The Drive Yello couriers are hit & miss. Some are fantastic, others not so. They are useful to fill the occasional void when having an average driver is better than having no driver at all. All in all, I'd definitely recommend Drive Yello

Before joining as a driver, please be aware that the service is available only around Sydney CBD, and so far they haven't enabled near Parramatta. I live in Baulkham Hills and registered with Yello as part time. I never got any shift so far and no roaming available (I got to know after joining only through their WhatsApp conversation). Paid $49 for on boarding, which is too much for using the platform when already they will be making money from each delivery. Also wasn't provided with the free bag as advertised. Though as good a platform, before on boarding, the driver should be made aware of these details. Otherwise it is misleading.

Update: contacted by the management and told the communication will be improved so that drivers are aware of these issues. Appreciate the gesture.

You pay alot of money to have their drivers.one of the drivers took 45 minutes for one minute delivery he still got paid at the end of the night i lost good paying regular costumer.
