65In the last 3 months I've had 6 Woolworths orders organised for delivery through this group not one has been successfully delivered, there has been 5 cancellations which forces me to call Woolworths help line wasting hours of my time to get a redelivery, and today had a delivery where the driver actually stole the order claiming they left it unattended however they did not know I was home and had a clear view of their attempted delivery the entire time. They just showed up without the groceries, had a look at the color of the door then claimed they left the order unattended, did not ring the doorbell or call as instructed for the delivery. They did not take a photo for delivery of the groceries at the door as required by Woolworths as proof of delivery. Keep in mind this order included alcohol which by law they must not leave unattended. This has got to be the worst home delivery service I have ever experienced. Woolworths needs to stop using them. On the other spectrum of dozens of other orders through Woolworths using their own trucks and Uber delivery most of them have ended up smoothly with me receiving my order.
Great.company as a driver my experience is great our customer are great there are some exception especially with ones living on seven cloud 50 Flor with no parking and demanding the shopping to be delivered in their bed even claiming that they don’t care if there’s no parking apparently they’ve been told that by the company think twice
They are 3 stars because 0 is not an option. 100%. They have cancelled orders right at the last minute many a time. I hate that Woolworths rely on this company for delivery. It's not good enough. Now I'm looking for a refund from an online order that was cancelled at the last minute.
Woolworths would be crazy to keep their delivery partnership with Yello as it must be damaging to their brand. I've had multiple bad experiences and been silly enough to give them multiple chances but I'm finally done. I wasted an evening waiting up to 5 hours for an order to arrive that never did. What was ridiculously late never happened because the Yello driver ultimately cancelled. A joke.
It's great to have this kinda work place where when you free you can work.the more work you do the more money you make.
I recently ordered an xbox through eb games connected drive yello. Words cannot describe how disappointed I am with this service. They claim to do same day delivery but don't deliver. Don't ever order from drive yello anyone who reads this, they will take your money and pull the rug out from under you. I will never order from this company again, they are hopeless and do not respect their customers.
I tried to contact their customer service team and spoken to rudely by a staff member who hung up on me and when I tried to call back, they hung up again. I feel very mistreated by this organisation and if this matter isn't dealt with swiftly I will be going to the fair trade ombudsman.
Good to work for if you are useless with nothing to do but if you are a professional driver forget it. They expect you to wait 15 mins without pay then they give you a total of $18 for 45 mins waiting. You end up losing more jobs on other platforms waiting for the Yello deliveries to be ready then you'll ever get from them. If you get to the job at the allocated time & it is not ready you get no compensation even though you held up your end of the contract. Shame on you lot.
I often use Drive Yello for many same day deliveries and I love it. The drivers are kind and friendly and for many businesses that use Drive Yello they often send my order within 2-4 hours on that day. Excellent service would rate more than 5 stars if possible
Awesome service with same day delivery through eb games. I've never used same day delivery before and was sceptical about it but thought I'd give it a try. It absolutely arrived on the same day. That's 2 presents ticked off my list for Christmas and I didn't have to leave the house!

Super unreliable. Twice now the driver has returned my goods to the store without even attempting delivery, now I have to spend the next 30 minutes on the phone trying to sort this mess out.again.
My items were missing from my online delivery order. Even the invoices are missing. James nguen.poor service.
Currently waiting for a delivery that was supposed to arrive 2hrs ago? Hope the stuff hasn't been out of refrigeration that long!
Driver# 71114 Mohammed partners with Woolworths for Delivery Now. He's illiterate, lazy and pathetic. Waited hours for groceries that never came. Avoid Delivery NOW. Geelong. I would warn Woolworths customers to DELIVERY DON'T
Most horrible experience with a delivery service. Had my groceries delivered as my young child was extremely unwell and the driver refused to bring the groceries to my front door due as he did not want to do multiple trips in the rain and elevator to bring my groceries to my door on the eighth floor. He then drove off with my groceries as I was waiting for the elevator and then refused to redeliver as he was "scared for his life". When my groceries were finally delivered 2hrs later, I was missing over $30 worth of groceries and my eggs were all broken.
I would never in my life recommend this company after I also received a comment "you don't pay me" to be then hung up on. This is by far the most unprofessional, useless delivery service provider I've ever dealt with and I wouldn't be surprised if they cease to exist when they have lazy, rude employees/contractors like that.
And when you can actually get through to their customer service line, the staff there are just as unhelpful, rude and useless as well.
Truly the worst of the worst. My experience include: being forced to go onto the street to carry all my bags by hand; being verbally assualted and threatened with violence because the driver wasn't able to figure out the parking system; having 'attempted' delivery without being contacted.
The only persistent experience I've had with this company has been a negative one. There is a reason these taxi companies are dying, and good riddance.
UPDATE (18/07) : The courier has finally delivered my order a whole day later, at 11: 30AM AEST and the items are melted, no longer cold and some unusable. When we asked him why he took so long, he came up with the "my car broke down" excuse, despite us literally seeing him drive around to different cities, stay in one spot in the nearby city for 30+mins multiple times, then drive around past us on multiple ocassions. Yeah, your car broke down-as if we could believe that! Had they called Yello or informed Woolies that they could not do the delivery in time, we would be more accepting of this ""apology"", but this wasn't an apology, just a lame excuse. Thanks for wasting our money!

ORIGINAL REVIEW (17/07) : Would love to give 0 stars if I could. Imagine placing a "delivery now" order with Woolies, only for the order to still not be at your residence 6+ hours later. I have been sitting here, waiting for my order for most of my afternoon and evening, watching as this assigned courier takes a joyride across my city - and across two others - going back and forth for 6+ hours now. And not once have I received a notification about my order being "delayed" or any issues happening. Woolies was kind enough to get 13Cabs to send me my order instead, having to get new products entirely, seeing as the order the Yello driver picked up would evidently be spoiled by now.
This is very disappointing. I understand it is time of a pandemic, and things are a lot more crazy now - and I understand that delivering isn't as easy as some may seem, but if your customer is forced to wait 6+ hours on their GROCERIES with items that can SPOIL within an hour or two, then you need to re-train your drivers!
I've literally seen this driver drive EVERYWHERE and hang out in some areas for several minutes to an hour, not moving. I've seen them on this map stop at several fast food places, another store, etc as if they're doing other orders.
But where's my order? Why did I have to spend a total of 3 hours on hold with Woolies while my driver takes a joyride with his stolen goods?
I've never been so disappointed with a company catered to being couriers. Even Uber, a company I've had nothing but countless troubles with, still delivers. But Drive Yello?
Yeah, good luck. The only thing this courier is doing is driving away with all your goods, and you're getting nothing in return.:)

The driver didn’t want to deliver the goods even to the lobby. He wanted me to pick up the items from the street. Amazing. And how about customer service with 45+ min waiting in the line?
One more question: why the toilet paper packaging was ripped? !
Yellow is the best courier app i have dealt with! Im sorry to read all the negative feedback but i never had a problem with them. Read drivers ratings as well and pick the ones who have 4.5 and above stars.
Another trash courier company. Did not actually attempt delivery of goods assigned to them by ParcelPoint despite stating that they did.
Will never order anything if this company is the courier for them. My Woolworths groceries were delivered to 3 houses up, both my house and wrong delivery point have big house numbers on the front so unsure how there was a mix up. Can't get hold of customer service or head office, they don't want to deal with it, they hung up when I was making a complaint. Very unprofessional as well as very untrustworthy, I opted for my order to not be left unattended which it was at a neighbouring houses front door who decided to keep my $150 worth of groceries. Shocking service and I will make sure to pass on the message to everyone I know not to use this useless service.
