65Terrible time management. Delivering groceries hours after expected timeframe is not acceptable.
To put it shortly, don't offer a service you can't deliver on. To wait 2 hours for a delivery, and then to a member of a family business end up delivery the order themselves is beyond appalling. Stop robbing small businesses of their time and reputation, I think they've been through enough.
Horrible and lazy drivers. They don't even bother to ring the door bell. They just call on mobile from their vehicle. If you miss the call once, they're gone! They did not even leave parcel outside the door! I've been waiting all day! Shame on Radhe for partnering with such scamsters!
If I could give a zero I would. Shame on woolworths for partnering with such a poor performing company.
My order was to be delivered between 1pm and 2pm. Now 8.30pm and still waiting. To make matters worse no one can tell me where my groceries are.

Very poor delivery service. Why woolworths and BWS partner with this business is questionable.
Yello is the delivery driver of Woolworths and their performance has been poor.
Delivered my groceries to a wrong address, left it in the hot afternoon sun and can’t adhere to delivery timeframes selected in checkout by Woolworths. A poor partnership selection by Woolies which impacts on both Woolies and the end user. Disappointing and sloppy.
Dont know why woolies decided to partner with this company. Worst service ever! Didn't even bother to attempt the delivery and yet put on their app tracker delivery attempted. As a result, i've decided to also cut my subscription with woolies due to their poor choices in partnership.
1 star is only going to the courier driver that actually went to get my package and deliver it from EB Games. I live less than 5 mins away from where it is located. It almost 3 hours to get delivered. I went on the website to get some help if anything, it said they would take, “less than 2 minutes to reply back, ” they did not reply at all for 30 mins. Would not recommend this company for any deliveries in the future. Disgusting customer service and utterly disappointing delivery drivers.
These reviews read like the drivers are encouraged to leave 5 star reviews - where the customers of the service have a very different opinion.
Changing my review to 5 star only because of Aishaant who came to redeliver a missed delivery earlier for which I gave 1 star. Aishaant was polite and so understanding. Also apologised knowing that I have been waiting for almost 4 hours. Not forgeting that he already finished work when he came over to deliver. Thanks again for your dedicated service

Didn't buzz the door, didn't come on the same day delivery and didn't wait a little longer. No voice message or anything.

As a driver, I feel very happy with this service platform and the support team is second to none, but there could be some improvements on the app, but over all
I received my Coles delivery today & the driver Bradley (#27417) was such a great driver. He was polite & helpful when he saw I was holding my dog he placed my bags where I could easily grab them.
He was friendly yet professional & also delivery was fast, that's always fantastic.
I will say an issue (that was hopefully resolved when I rung just now) was when I went to rate him after the delivery I selected 5 stars & gave details why, But when I clicked *submit* as it was loading I saw instead of the 5 star
I selected it was a 1 star instead!
I straight away rung up so they could please fix it as Bradley definitely deserves 5, they helped me & explained they sadly can't change it but they can delete it & just sent him the positive feedback (which I hope they do).
Overall Bradley was fantastic & customer service when I rung up was great & helpful too.
I ordered some stuff from EB Games today before 2pm which should confirm same day delivery. I waited and waited and waited. The yello page kept pushing back the ETA and changed drivers twice! This happened all the way til 5: 19pm (11 mins before EB Games closes) I went back into yello page to see how far my stuff is and they put a message saying the order has been cancelled by the store? This is horrible, huge courier price to get the delivery, least I expect is same day delivery, let alone the five hours I was waiting. Mind you, I live 5 mins away from the store but was extremely busy today. Will definitely not be using yello again.
I joined Yello delivery to make additional income and making very decent income, lots of deliveries and good pay per each delivery

Absolutely useless service. I ordered something for same day delivery, they didn't even call to ask where the address was. Because of them, I almost lost $550 worth of merchandise that went down the drain.
I tried calling customer care they really didn't do anything and the driver wouldn't even answer the phone.
I'm never using this useless incapable service ever again.

For the first today, I used the Woolworths online shopping option and selected delivery. My order was filled and delivered within 70 minutes, that’s much quicker than I expected and the delivery driver from Yello (Sue) was polite, read my instructions on entering the unit block to deliver the groceries, absolutely 1st class customer service from ordering to delivery, thank you.
