This is the second time that I have worked with Matt as he also worked on the sale of my mother's apartment in 2018. He is a really lovely guy with a pleasant, easy-going, no-pressure attitude which I value so highly when it comes to the stressful task of selling one's home. He is super-experienced and knowledgeable. He advised me well in the prep of my property and the timing of the campaign and handled the negotiations with bidders so easily and calmly. He is honest and fair-minded and wants to to the right thing by vendors and buyers. I highly recommend him!

Selling a deceased estate always comes with challenges, we had planned to sell our mum and dad's home in April, we hadn't planned on COVID 19. Matt naturally had to work harder, with private viewings, video listings etc and his expertise, knowledge of the market, the area and the very special street shone through. Matt is honest, gives good advice in preparing a home for sale and has the negotiating skills needed to get the right result in a difficult market. We would have no hesitation in recommending Matt to family and friends.

Charges too much from bond after end of lease for cleaning and fixing comparing to other agencies.

Stephen Murace of Doyle Spillane was brilliant. From our first telephone conversation where he was completely engaged, to the first meeting where he gave us some sound, honest, fair advice about what we needed to do and how to get the sale we wanted. His friendly, approachable, straight talking nature was key. As he would say he doesn't sugar coat anything, he tells it straight, which was so refreshing. He works damn hard at all hours. He kept us fully informed through out the whole process and was always available to answer any question. We couldn't be happier with the service Stephen provided. He, Matt and Mel are who you want when selling your property.

I'm so happy with these guys - local knowledge, always find me good tenants, and very responsive to issues. I live remotely and I trust them to handle things for me. Worry free property management is worth it's weight in gold! They also give great advice on insurance and repairs. Highly recommend them.
