Stephen was most helpful in guiding us through our first home purchase. He is a highly knowledgeable & approachable person. He enabled us to be guided through at a comfortable pace & was always there for support whenever we had any questions. Doyle Spillane used to be a professional leasing agency. Sadly, post pandemic that is no longer the case.
As i work all weekend, Wednesday is the only day I have available to inspect a property. I was told by the Woman Megan, showing the property that I could send my application in via 1Form. A professional application platform. This afternoon, after being put on hold, and sent to voice mail, the receptionist Victoria laughed at me, after telling me i had to screen shot and resend my application.or do it all over again (for the fourth time) on a diff platform.
Why wasnt i informed by Inspecting agent they dont use 1form. Thanks for wasting my time and afternoon Doyle Spillane.

Be prepared when ending your lease, make sure your know your rights as a tenant and stand your ground as Doyle Spillane use every trick in the book for you not to get your bond back. Take lots of photos before and after cleaning.
After 6 years of being good tenants, never behind in rent or any other bills and keeping our house & garden clean and tidy like it was our own, we naively thought that we would have been treated with a bit more respect.
It was an extremely stressful experience for myself and my wife.
Be warned as we tenants are just a number to them.

It's very worst real-estate, I wouldn’t recommend going with Doyle Spillane (Dee Why). They will do anything to keep your bond. During the worse of COVID they couldn’t get a rent reduction like most agencies did. They charged my $900 for cleaning which unit I already did clean from professional cleaner. I think the property manager must know building & structure have depreciation. So we can't put building in original condition. I was shocked and I will never use this agency again and I REALLY DON’T RECOMMEND.
