Doyle Spillane Real Estate

This agency acts as a notorious gang probably with an AKA “bond hunters”. The rental process on arrival was amazing but when we left they showed their true colours. They went for the bond without asking but knowing by email, several, that we would gladly pay for any problems with the property. They did not care and one day, still expecting for final values, the property manager on bad faith decided without asking and without our consent to go for the bond. When we asked what the hell was she doing she acted stupid and idiotic… she knew perfectly what she was doing because by the reviews on this agency most are about the ”bond hunters” that they are.
Be careful, they are great luring you to their trap… be very careful when you leave the property!

I visited a rental property open inspection in Narrabeen on Saturday with a friend. My friend spoke to Victoria Valetta who advised the property was available and confirmed the application process. 15 minutes later, we were amazed to see a "leased" sticker on the board outside. The property was still listed online as available so she applied over the weekend. The agency contacted her boss (a global head of a company) for a written reference on Monday morning. Monday afternoon my friend called the agency to be told by Victoria an application was approved the day before the viewing just pending the bond, that "everyone was told" (they weren't - who goes to a viewing knowing a property was gone?) and so the property was leased but they'd "remove the ad tomorrow" on Tuesday.

This is a hugely disappointing experience, for an open to be held when an application is already accepted, not to tell those viewing it, then to reference employers on Monday for it too. We wasted time driving to it and viewing it, my friend wasted time applying for it for hours then her boss wasted time providing a written reference.

Based on this experience you'd have to be crazy to rent from Doyle Spillane. Complete timewasters.

Joe is an absolute stand out when it comes to property management, there is no question he can't answer and no problem he can't solve. I would wholeheartedly trust him with my own investment property.

Professional and Reliable Real Estate
