Would not recommend. Very disappointed. It became a bidding war with investors, starting from a low price guide. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me on what I needed to close the deal. Can't be trusted. It was a great agency before it was taken over by ex Novak agents. Beware!

Above and Beyond. Matt and his team were great from day one, he listened to what my needs and expectations were and worked on them from the outset to achieve our goals. We sold proir to the auction date, the sale was done on Easter Sunday which blew my mind that both Matt and his team were so dedicated to the sale that we exchanged on the evening of Easter Sunday. It was appreciated and in my opinion it was well above my expectations. I have had the pleasure to buy off Matt and now sell and believe he is both respectful and considerate the purchaser and vendor and that's why I wouldn't hesitate in using or recommending Matt in the future.
