Cheryl is a pleasure to deal with and we always feel reassured to know that whatever has to be done will be done promptly and efficiently, always with friendliness and a minimum of fuss.
We've been dealing with Rodney for a number of years now (across 2 different agencies). We have found him to be professional, attentive to our needs and super easy to deal with. Rodney does a great job of representing and getting the best for both his tenants and the landlords.
It's exciting that we're about to move on to a new place, however it's a shame that Rodney won't be our property manger going forward.
