Donovan did a truly exceptional job selling my mothers unit. He personally managed everything from arranging contractors to preparing the unit for sale through to all aspects of the sale itself. All the time he was in regular communication. This was all done despite the COVID lockdown restriction which meant that I was stuck in Melbourne and we had to do everything remotely. In the end we had multiple buyers and the price achieved was well above expectations. At no stage did he try to pressure an early sale to make things easy. I could not imaging anyone doing a better job.

Franca is a very professional and responsive agent - one of the best I have come across as a tenant.

From our first encounter with David Howe, he had restored our faith in real estate agents. His genuine nature and consistent honesty enabled myself and my mother to feel in great hands. He was extremely empathic when voicing any concerns and did his utmost to research bylaws/ vendor queries to settle any of our woes. From his prompt responses alongside his moral work ethics he was a pleasure to work with. I would have no hesitations employing his services in the future in fact I am sure if the time came to sell or purchase I would not have to think twice about it. If you would like to escape and deter away from the disingenuous agents that are so often found within such an industry then look no further. David is a diligent agent however his benevolence is what sets him apart from the rest.

Really good agency. Never had any issues with them as a tenant. I'm leaving this review after viewing a place, signing a contract, living there for 1.5 years, the unit changing owners in the meantime and eventually moving out again. All good.
