Investment Manager Rodney Scurrell is the best property manager I've ever dealt with! Rodney goes the extra mile for both landlords and tenants, and has shown compassion and empathy during the difficulties resulting from COVID lockdown times, with positive outcomes for all.
Rodney is very professional and always a pleasure to deal with, and I couldn't recommend him more highly!

Unfortunately I can’t agree to the reviews below. Or well maybe because I am just trying to lease an apartment. No one is coming back to my questions via mail (real estate.com.au) or direct sms to the agent. Being ignored as a customer is a always bad experience.

Cheryl Edwards is an outstanding Property Manager. We did not believe we would ever experience this level of responsiveness, respect and assistance from any property manager. We knew we were in for a great relationship from the day we moved in. Cheryl offered to store the owner's clothes dryer in her own car space so we could install our own. We could not fault the service from Cheryl.

We had Eleni Gouliotis as our property manager over our lease that just finished, and she was likely the best property manager we've had over the last 10 or so years across various rentals in Sydney and Melbourne. She was always very responsive and helpful towards getting to resolution on anything we or the owner were needing. It was a refreshing experience from what else can be out there. Thanks Eleni.
