Tony is very polite and professional enabling me to trust him and the Devine team with my investment property. Consistent feedback from the moment the agreement was made ensuring I was always kept in the loop. Tony goes the extra mile working outside of normal hours and even assisting me with selling large furniture items when these posed a potential issue for me.

Prompt staff however a lot of unnecessary rental inspections- about 4 in one year. But otherwise good!

After being held up throughout the afternoon seeing multiple properties with other agency's. Tony met with me at the property after hours to make sure I could view the property. He explained the changes to the property, he answered all my questions about the property and also Devine RE. I was approved almost immediately and the process was fast and accurate. Devine kept me informed and made every effort to make sure things went seamlessly with the approval, all payments, the lease agreement, collecting keys, the inspection report. Everything was very efficient and accurate. I have no problems recommending Tony and his team should you be enquiring about a property they are offering. 5 Stars for sure.

Property managers and staff were polite. Sometimes dealing with multiple people was confusing particularly across multiple offices. Mainly a positive experience.

Tony and Gabriel Campos are the kind of Property Managers who will call you back even when they are on holidays and about to enjoy a chili mud crab (true story!) - and put their own interests aside and go well above and way beyond the call of duty to ensure that you are well looked after, your enquiry attended to and your problem solved quickly and optimally. I am forever indebted to these gentlemen and I will not trust my property management with anyone else. I highly recommend whoever reads this review to do the same.

The team at Devine have made our time as tenants in North Strathfield very pleasant and are by far the best rental real estate agents we've dealt with.
