Devine Real Estate Concord

Really bad service from Devine concord, agent name KW. I reported an issue a week ago, despite all the irresponsible and unresponsive and rude emails I’ve got, she mentioned she arranged an electrician 5 days ago, however I have heard nothing from the electrician. When Jasmine S was handling my lease, the electrician normally contacted me the second day. I reported the blind chord was broken - which was the landlord’s (agent) responsibility to repair. However, KW asked me to fix it myself by ‘watching some YouTube videos’ and the company would post the material… I really do not count that as a fix. Again, really rude, unprofessional and disrespectful emails and communications from KW. Worst lease experience ever in Sydney.

Wow! From the first call Tony was proactive and approachable taking on board our needs when looking for a house to rent. Being on a tight deadline to move after selling a house, he invited us to look at a suitable property before the general open - unlike so many agents in the area who just don't care - and ensured everything that needed to be done before the move was ticked off the list. The team was super efficient, too, and we had a signed lease on the day. I would not hesitate to appoint Tony and the team at Devine to lease my property. Absolute gems!

Had nothing but issues with everyone we’ve spoken to throughout our tenancy. When we put in our notice to leave the property it was a battle to try and get any help from anybody. We were getting blamed for things that were not within our control.
Nobody communicates properly amongst themselves. Our property was put on the market while we were still in our tenancy. We had three calls over a week and a half trying to get people in to view the property while we were in the middle of packing and while there were significant issues within the property that we had reported since we moved in.
Never get responses when we had reported multiple issues and when we contacted our property managers regarding an update, still no response. It took almost a month to get our bond back because the real estate and owner tried to keep as much as they could.
We do not recommend anybody use this agency.

Throughout our tenancy, the property managers have constantly been beyond difficult to deal with. They are extremely slow to respond to emails and take action on issues with the property. The initial real estate agent lied about the property when we were shown the location. There have been numerous instances of miscommunication amongst the property managers, needing us to constantly start conversations over again as a new person isn't informed of the circumstances from the previous person.
All of these issues were exasperated when it came to the end of the lease. Such issues include trying to pass the blame for issues with the property onto us when all were previously noted to property managers, extremely slow to respond such as when we tried to organise a council collection (including property managers not knowing the process for booking which they should), frustrating our end-of-lease cleaner by forcing them back to the property to fix things that aren't fixable, only to find out the property had been renovated anyway, and withholding the release of the bond despite having no acceptable reason to do so.
Overall we have been beyond disappointed by the service we have been provided and would never recommend this real estate company to anyone.

Tony Campos is by far the most efficient and genuine leasing agent I have ever dealt with. He's 100% on the ball and works tirelessly to ensure your needs as a tenant and or landlord are met. The team at Devine have also been excellent.

Excellent prompt service from Tony Campos for finding a tenant for our rental property. We had a tenant within 24 hours of listing. Tony helped with the prep of the property and provided helpful advice. He was a pleasure to work with as was his team at Devine.

Tony went above and beyond for us, including finding tenants, making phone calls and recommending us to our next property manager, and basically being our advocate and advisor in the property market. I would strongly recommend working with Tony, Jasmine and the team.

Jessica Loh's professionalism stood out amongst the experience we had with a wide range of agents during our long search for a property. Compared to her peers, she was more proactive, did follow through with information requests in a timely manner and was a pleasure to deal with.

I was 8 months pregnant with a complicated pregnancy and had my mother inlaw stay over with the Dr's advice to help me around the house. I even had an official letter from my OB. That did not phase these people at all. The landlord together with this real estate decided that 3 people were too many to have in a 4 bedroom house as in our initial contract we were just 2 people. They harassed us day in and day out and took us to the tribunal which had no outcome and gave us an eviction notice. We decided to move out and take the risk with my pregnancy 1 week before the baby was due. This real estate only works for the landlord's interest and does not have any sense of humanity or compassion. Worst rental experience of my life.
