I have been a client of Devine Real Estate (recently had its name changed to The Agency) for more than 15 years. I have remained as a landlord with this agency for as long as I have because the property management team has served me well.

My most recent Property Partner is Ashley Pagett. She and her team have been very attentive and supportive of my needs esp in recent times with an old tenant leaving and the search for good replacement tenants. This was not without its problems as there were maintenance and updating issues required before the property could be readvertised.

Ashley and her team did a wonderful job in getting the updating issues attended "immediately" resulting in having the property back on the rental market quickly. Ashley had also been extremely helpful with other advice that she had given me, such as optimizing the required repairs and helping decide what the rental market should be.

Thanks Ashley. You have been wonderful & so supportive!

To say that Devine Real Estate has made things easy is a complete understatement! They have just rented out our property and this all happened in less than a week! From the property inspection to marketing and advertising, to showing prospective tenants through, it has all been seamless. A big thanks to Tony and to David for helping and guiding us through this process. Don't waste your time anywhere else - Devine all the way!

Terrible service. Thief's, cheats and liars. They ignore your emails, have little customer service, unfair, aren't clear with communication, gaslight and manipulate. Dealt with Jasmine from Concord who denied that they owed me money ($160 upon exist, for internet that was never installed for months on end) when it was clearly agreed upon and being withdrawn out of my account per rental fortnightly payment. Then she has the ordasity to threaten to take me to Tribunal and claimed they would side with her as she refused to accept which by law is illegal - an immediate termination due to DV. By law they are required to accept an AVO allowing the victim to break the lease and leave straight away which she would be well versed about. And she bullied me and said I was "big" to other residents/council members upon meeting her which is totally unacceptable. Also increased the rent by $40 (exclusive of $10 per week for internet that was not able to be installed in the studio due to fried wiring!) within 6 months. A nice welcome! Would not recommend.

TENANTS BEWARE - If I could give zero I would, I rented a property for 2yrs and paid rent on time each month & looked after the property with care. 3 minor general maintenance repairs reported, 2 repairs both took over 3mths each to be completed. The 3rd was still not repaired after 8mths before I was forced to leave the property due to Devine increasing the rent by $115 per week without any possible negotiation. Then the property manager Ashley Pagett, took $1053 of my bond without any communication with me at all and she even charged me for items that didn't even exist in the unit and that they had no proof of. She just made up stuff to keep more of my bond for brownie points with the landlord. Be careful if you are renting through them, they don't care about their tenants & only work for whats in the best interests of the landlord, and even if it is by fraudulent means.

Tony Campos went above and beyond to secure a good rental property in the inner west for us. Thanks Tony, you are a champion mate.

Stop listing rentals for best offers, they're not auctions. It is unethical which speaks volumes about your agency.

We rented from Devine for over a year and a half and we're treated perfectly fine during our tenancy. As soon as we gave notice of our intentions to vacate our treatment became that of harassment and bullying. What a disgrace of a Company. Would not recommend this agency to anyone.

Devine Real Estate Concord have been nothing but professional and friendly from the moment I made a rental application to now, as a tenant. They are so easy to deal with and I highly recommend them for any potential client (sales or leasing).

Always had fantastic experience with Devine and property manager Jasmine S during tenancy for more than 3 years. However another property manager (KW) took over the property while the genuine, friendly and responsible Jasmine was on leave. Then I received the most irresponsible, arrogant, unprofessional and outrageous emails from KW - while we were dealing with some repairs. On top of that, she was so unresponsive and rude. I even felt humiliated by reading her reply for days. Still have got no repair scheduled after a week - which normally Jasmine would deal with 48 hrs. Extremely disappointed and to be honest it was zero star not one star.

I’d absolutely recommend, Tony campos, I wasn’t sure how or where to start looking for a rental for my father -in-law, he saw how stressed I was and really took me under his wing, he found me the perfect rental with everything on the wish list, Tony your a legend, hope to work with you again in the future, thank you for making this process so easy ️
