As a renter, I had an extremely poor experience. Amongst a litany of issues that Devine refused to address, the most concerning was the pre-existing broken bedroom blinds that were in the property. 2/3 of my blinds were broken, leading to my room having no privacy. Apon alerting Devine they said, "blinds are a luxury item and don't need to be fixed".

When we moved out, we were then charged for cleaning, allegedly breaking the blinds, and other issues which we already documented and raised upon moving in. Luckily VCAT, an impartial third party, saw the truth and we were handed our bond back.

Hopefully, the team at Devine Concord never have to deal with the same experience they provide. Thanks to reviews; giving renters a platform to provide a warning for others who have to deal with them.

Do not use these people. Unprofessional doesn't even come close. Rougue employees saying anything to get the sale. Had them say a Pet was "approved". When we got the little guy, it became "your contract doesn't say so, we don't know what your talking about". Don't let them sweet talk you into a unit, get everything that was promosed to you in cold hard writing cause clearly their word means nothing.
