Greeted by the very friendly and knowledgeable Luella. This place exceeded my expectations for the infra red sauna session.
From start to finish it was so amazing and you feel so rejuvenated after the treatment.
The fact that they also have an IPad to play relaxing or SPA music whilst enjoying your treatment was great.
Also the shower facilities are very clean.
Overall a very enjoyable experience and will come back again for more.

Great experience at Cryo Spa Clinics.
Staff is friendly and helpful, very well in explaining on the benefits of each treatment.
The infrared sauna is THE BEST. I get really anxious in normal saunas so this is a great solution. To be able to follow this up with other treatments makes it so convenient. I did this with a friend and we could finally switch off from a busy week. In addition to this, my body feels so much better. I train quite intense so this is a much needed recovery morning.

Lovely experience, Mitch was super friendly and welcoming and made the experience so much more comfortable for my first time! We did the Wellness Package I feel totally Revitalised Re-energised Rejuvenated after Cryotherapy session and the Infrared sauna and I loved the Pink Salt Room. Mitch was fabulous very polite, caring and made the experience sensational for our girls day out also a hottie.highly recommend treating yourself to wellness! Amazing. Loved it all. Very clean.relaxing experience. Definitely a must to do regularly I’ll be back very reasonable price as well
