I had an amazing experience with Cryospa Clinic. I booked a package of a cryo treatment, infrared sauna and salt room. I felt very relaxed and refreshed afterwards and already looking forward to my next visit! The clinic rooms and facilities are beautiful and well maintained. Thank you Mitchell for the friendly service and the peppermint tea cuppa:)

A very relaxing experience after a long week. Have taken my 15mo son along twice now who has slept very well after both visits. The salt room has a little kids table with a rake and other toys/colouring books. A great way to keep them busy while you relax.

Love this place! Amazing customer service from all the staff, even offered some free sessions to make up for some expired credit from lockdown last year. The atmosphere is great here and facilities are cleaned well between clients.

Owner and staff are friendly and engaging, very knowledgeable on the health benefits of their services, highly recommend going from the cryospa to the sauna. The nortica boots are also a great way to relax and relieve tension in your legs. If you add the cbd cream and oils and your on a winning combination to relieve all your aches and pains.

Amazing clinic offering too notch treatments, gorgeous layout, private treatment areas and fantastic customer service. I’m a returning customer ans couldn’t recommend them more! My favourite is the infrared sauna!

My girlfriend and I did the infrared sauna for a 30 minutes session and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Racheal Was very accommodating and gave us a fantastic tour of the facilities. We will definitely be back soon!

I've just had my first session (I tried the infrared sauna and collagen bed) and I'm completely converted (I've already booked to have Cryospa as part of my weekly routine)!

The service even before entering was amazing, I had a number of questions and I was really reassured being able to have them answered. The spa itself is gorgeous and clean to the highest standards (while expected it's not always the case), along with having friendly knowledgeable staff (it's the little things of being able to have an enjoyable chat that makes all the difference).

From my first session, I wasn't expecting to see any changes or impact but I definitely have seen a significant improvement already! I have eczema + a number of breakouts I was looking to help in some way.

I've had a number of sauna sessions at Cryospa and highly recommend them. The spa is maintained beautifully and is always incredibly clean. Both saunas are a great size and also very well maintained. Having a TV in the sauna is a nice touch. Each visit we are greeted by friendly staff who have always answered our questions and ensured that we had a great experience. Can't wait to try the other treatments! Highly highly recommend the clinic.

Cryospa was a very enjoyable experience, friendly staff and after suffering from body pains from work the recovery session left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. All and all I enjoyed my time there. Would recommend highly.
