First time writing a review however i felt the need considering I had such a great experience!
From the moment I enquired about Cryotherapy where I received a call from Rachael who answered all my questions in detail & left me feeling excited about my appointment to the follow up call to see how i was feeling after my Cryotherapy session.
It has been a long time since I've experienced such great customer service & cannot recommend Cryospa Clinics highly enough!

Highly recommend for a reset or self care afternoon! I have not felt the sense of calm experienced after my treatments in as long as I can remember followed by the best sleep. Combo of cryo, infrared sauna and salt room was amazing! Clean and modern facilities, reasonably priced and super friendly staff.

This place was the no1.highlight of my 1 week holiday in Sydney. Staff were very friendly and made sure I had my own Salt & Sauna rooms. I would highly recommend the Salt & Sauna treatments for health benefits especially if you have a stubborn cough that won't go away.

We visited for a cryotherapy, infrared sauna and salt room treatment, and it was truly amazing. Such a wonderful experience - we walked out feeling completely revitalized and rejuvenated.

I've been doing the cryotherapy, sauna, and normatec boots here for the past couple of months. I strongly recommend this to anyone looking for maximum recovery from sport or gym. The facilities are fantastic and the staff are so welcoming and accommodating. Definitely recommend checking it out!

It was clean, professional and inviting. I was nervous about doing cryospa and Neno talked us through the treatment and I felt totally comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone to try cryospa, and to try it at cryospa clinic!

Had an amazing time, the studio is clean and beautiful and the sauna rooms are SO spacious, I went with a friend and we had an amazing time and left feeling amazing. Going to sleep like a dream tonight!

I absolutely love this place. The staff are so accommodating and friendly and the facilities are very clean. It smells so good when you walk in & the energy is very relaxing. I'm a Stuntwoman so recovery is key, I have been doing a Cryo session followed by Infrared sauna and it has been saving me on my current job. An absolute must for recovery, anti inflammatory, weight loss and relaxation. I highly recommend Cryospa Clinics.

Love Cryospa in Crows Nest. They have the best facilities, friendly staff and I always look forward to my weekly sauna and cyro.

Cryospa Clinics has everything I need as a professional athlete. Very clean, comfortable and professional. I love that I have the option to watch YouTube/Kayo/Netflix/Stan and more during my infrared sauna and normatec sessions! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
