Had a wonderful lymphatic massage with Nat, followed by a sauna. Wonderful experience and felt very relaxed afterwards. The staff are very welcoming and ambience of the premises is very clean and tranquil.

The RSPCA treats their animals better than this place treats their customers. Appalling customer service, and they pressure you to buy packages, after purchasing the package I returned after 30 days to use it only to be told my package was expired and the $60 I paid was not credited or refunded, they did however kindly ask if I wanted to repurchase another package, generous of them.

Just be careful of this place when buying packages or sessions upfront, read the fine print and ask questions or concerns upfront before paying.

Really enjoyed the infrared sauna session. Prices are fair and lots of options depending on how frequently you want to go. The room has a smart TV to watch during the session. Personally I enjoyed listening to relaxing music.

Exceptional service! The staff are really friendly and informative. I go there for all my spa treatments such as infrared sauna, salt room, collagen bed and lymphatic draining / dry brushing massages (with Natalia) I always walk out of there on cloud nine and have the best sleep afterwards. I highly recommend Cryospa Clinics and I can’t wait to try all their treatments! I also love that it’s a pet and child friendly place so you can bring your pooch and kids in too, unlike other day spas!

Had the best experience trying out the Himalayan Salt Room! I Felt amazing afterwoods. The customer service by Rachel was amazing! She gave me a tour around and explained everything with care. I am going to be addicted!

Great facilities and very clean. I was gifted a Re-energise package voucher, so I had a Cryotherapy session, followed by Infrared Sauna, cold shower then the Salt Room. I had a really fun and relaxing day at Cryo Spa. The guy who operated the Cryotherapy was really knowledgable and I felt very comfortable. The sauna room was fantastic. The shower facilities were very good and clean. The salt room was a nice way to finish it off. Will definitely be back and would recommended it.

I absolutely love Cryospa! I've been going for about six months now and it has become a ritual that I always look forward to. I love the sauna sessions - I can watch TV, take a book in or mediate and I always come out feeling relaxed. To top it off, the staff are super friendly, the facilities are always very clean.

My partner booked us a Cryotherapy and Sauna session for us. I had no idea what cryotherapy was until I arrive and saw the tank. I won’t lie, I was definitely nervous about stepping into that freezing cold chamber. However, Mitchell guided me through the -120 degree chamber whilst I pretended I was on The Mole and if I lasted 2 mins and 20 seconds than I would win $100k. Obviously that was pretend but the real prize was the Sauna which was right after the cryotherapy tank! We loved it so much that we booked to come back the following week! Perfect for fitness couples or as special and unique gift! Thank you Mitchell and team!

I’m impressed with cryospa’s infra red saunas because they pre-set the temperature before you arrive so it’s instantly hot. This means maximum sweat for maximum time. Compared to my previous infra red sauna venue where they only started the warming up once I entered the sauna and it took the whole 30-45 mins to climb up. This meant I only just reached a sweat on the last few minutes and sometimes not at all.
So Crysospa is much more cost effective and efficient to achieve a sweat compared to my previous venue. I really like the clean and relaxing change rooms and facilities too at Cryospa. I just bought a book of 10 visits. I’m looking forward to my regular visits and sweats. Thank you for providing such great infra red saunas Cryospa!

I had a lovely experience at Cryospa clinics. Rachel guided me through each step as I went from the cryotherapy, to the sauna, to the boots to the salt room. Every session was so well set up. It had amazing amenities, Netflix, showers just to name a couple. I felt so comfortable here. It was very relaxing as well as rejuvenating. I would definitely come back again on a regular basis.

I love this place. The service is great the facilities are really clean and the set up is beautiful. If you’re considering booking in DO IT! The infrared sauna here is the best set up I have ever experienced and you will enjoy it thoroughly
