Attended the twilight spring markets, great event lots to keep my son entertained. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds and rooms looked magnificent

Hotel is nice and staff are great, rooms need a little work in terms of cleaning / attention to refreshing up.
Location, facilities and restaurants are excellent, and the hotel is a great venue to hold big family events
