Stayed 1 night at Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley, an IHG Hotel.
Great customer service, clean room, big breakfast. Highly recommended.

Staff so amazing. From the front desk to the buffet staff! We had a wonderful time. Rooms are so beautiful. Bathrooms are lovely! Highly recommended

Starting from the service desk on arrival, then to all the team members that we met, including the team we just walked past, extremely pleasant and they couldn't do enough for you. Recommend the High Tea, then a game of snooker after. A most pleasant and relaxing break.

Lovely hotel to stay for a few days. Breakfast was nice, with a range of options. Our sofa bed was uncomfortable in our suite, advised reception and they assisted with extra padding on the bedding which made our stay more comfortable. I will book two queen beds over the sofa bed next stay. Pool and spa were not overcrowded and the gardens are nice to have a stroll day or night. We dined in the bar twice which was nice and easy with the kids.

We visited in early December. Upgraded to the suite which was amazing!
Pool and spa were great especially for the kids. Buffet breakfast was fantastic!
Best of all were the staff. Extremely kind and helpful.

Great for a short break out of Sydney. The refurbished rooms are lovely and staff couldn't be nicer. Kids loved the indoor pool on a cold day.

Stunning hotel/views, only stayed for 1 night but would love to come back when lockdown is over. Very warm and kind staff members, and beautiful breakfast (room service). The room was gorgeous and very comfortable, stunning bathroom. Definitely recommend and personally think its the best resort in the Hawkesbury. Thank you for making my stay so great, will definitely be back in the future!:)

Special call out to Taylor from the brekkie service. He sunny demeanour made the brekkie experience a pleasure

Our 3 night stay was absolutely wonderful. The grandeur of the Plaza is breath taking. Customer service was warm & welcoming. Taylor will make a very good team leader. She has a warm personality & converses well with the guests. We were celebrating our honeymoon. The hidden staff (cooks, cleaners, gardeners) Thankyou

Unbelievable grounds and service. Feels very European and fancy but with extremely engaging and interesting staff. Caught myself speaking to the maitre'd for some time before I figured it was time to get back to my meal!

Another amazing experience. Easily our favourite hotel in Australia, Everytime we come here the stay is exceptional. You can tell the staff are all locals who really love what they do and are proud of the hotel and the area as they go above and beyond at every turn. Julie in particular was an absolute angel for us and made our 4 year old son have a fantastic time, to quote him "I want to come back here so I can see Julie again! "

Also shout-out to Joshua and Taylor on the bar, always sorting my hubby out with great drinks, he was very happy

Very Beautiful location, everybody was very polite and friendly and would highly recommend to anybody looking to get away and relax:)

Situated in lovely gardens the Crowne Plaza is a great place to stay for either business or pleasure. Rooms are well appointed, food is enjoyable and staff are very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking on site. Highly recommend this for a visit.

Surprisingly nice renovated rooms with spacious areas. The rooms did smell a bit of chlorine initially when entering but settled after airing out. Would more than happily come back to stay!

Still needs changes and considering what people pay.
Breakfast is worse than before.
Nice to still know a few of the lovely staff remain but sad and disappointing to know the beautiful, true professionals in every way have gone.
The place does not have the same feel about it, unfortunately.
The bar remains very limited with nice wines and selections, along with the menu.
It would be nice to see some comfortable lounges aside of the clinical seating and a little music.

Our room was wonderful very clean and tidy good size and very comfortable bed and great size tv which turned into a smart tv and had shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Rooms were cleaned of a day while we weren’t there, nice pool and gym lovely

Breakfast Buffet. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is amazing the service is great and very personalised. Great value for money.

Had my baby shower today and it was a perfect high tea and everything was beautiful and taken care of. Everyone was very happy.

Attended a wedding there it's in a beautiful setting. The breakfast was amazing. Only thing that was disappointing was the room we were allocated it was very cramped and stuffy bathroom very small also otherwise we enjoyed our stay

Friendly and helpful staff.
Good menus.
Missed a couple of club discounts on food otherwise would have been a 5 star. Will go back
