Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley

The facility and rooms are nice. Breakfast is good too. Extremely poor housekeeping while we were staying. They left the glasses uncleaned, did not empty the trash from the bathroom, looked like the floor was not sweeped. Not worth the 400 bucks a night.

False advertising.spa hotel with no day spa, been told that day spa closed due to Easter Holiday.very dissapointing.

I wish I could leave zero star for the management, she is just rude with suppliers, I guess Sue needs training, this is cominng from a person who has got quite long experience in attending wedding every weekend, it is a shame how this beautiful place is being run.

Had a fantastic stay, customer service was amazing, rooms were great, comfy bed, quiet rooms, will definitely stay again. Very impressed.

Accommodation was great. Restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was the best. And most of all the team at Hawkesbury Crowne Plaza are really nice. Highly recommended.

Been here a few times for breakfast, with the vast choices you have for breakfast the price is good and worth every cent. Staff were very efficient and very friendly, and its just a lovely atmosphere all round. If you want value for money with loads of choices, try the Gazebo restaurant for Buffet breakfast from fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli, cereals, breads, pastries, pancakes, tea and coffee, juices and a hot breakfast bar you will leave very satisfied, we always do.

Our family of three stayed here for two nights for a wedding. From our first impression driving into the entrance to checking out we had a positive experience. Amazingly friendly staff that go above and beyond, clean and modern interiors, beautiful venue and rooms, great bar and breakfast services. The indoor pool, playground and walking paths were great entertainment for our toddler. If you are planning a trip this side of NSW, The Crowne Hawkesbury is a MUST STAY. Worth all the $$$. We will be back!

The room is gorgeous. The only thing I can fault is your a hotel with no Panadol. I think it's important to have items like this even for sale. I have spent my wedding night in pain from a migraine and had to get him up at 3 this morning to get Panadol from the service station.

She was attentive, kept checking if we were Ok & asking if we needed any thing else

We chose this hotel for our anniversary celebration, The event coordinators were very helpful from the start Sam and Hannah, friendly and accommodating.
The people from reception (forgot their names) very friendly and helpful.
On the day of our event, the host lovely Mary Rose and staff were excellent and very pleased for the service they provided that day.

This venue is stunning, we got married here and love this venue so much. The rooms are so clean and fresh, food is amazing and overall the staff so happy and welcoming. Our wedding planner Ashleigh was nothing but amazing, went above and beyond for us. A few little hiccups on the day but nothing our guests would of been aware of. A pure oasis in the Hawkesbury.

We checked in on the 29th Jan. We arrived at 3pm but was only given the keys to our room at 3: 45.
Service from an old lady named Beverly was disgusting and appalling. She basically made us felt unwelcome as soon as we checked into our room. Definitely she’s working in the wrong industry!

Room was nice but unfortunately found a cockroach in the bathroom! Pool needs cleaning unless you don’t mind floating mucus. Would I stay here again? Don’t think so!

Rooms were booked 2 years ago for a wedding, but due to covid it was called off, the wedding was finally this weekend, when we booked it we was informed that we could check in at 1.00pm as the wedding was at 3.00, travelled from Sydney, Victoria and far and wide. When we arrived at 12.00 just checked in and went and had some lunch, but was told our room was going to be ready at 3.00pm, I said the wedding was at 3.00pm what are we going to do they said we will do our best but for now it was 3.00pm, this upset me as I was going to miss the wedding. This was not a good start to our weekend here. After a phone call to the brides mother we was informed our room was ready, great news but I could have been a different experience when we arrived.

This place is amazing. Friendly staff, great food and very comfortable beds. The rooms are also very clean. I have stayed a few times here and each time the experience has been exceptional. Can wait to be back!

Its a nice place. I've stayed here a bunch of times and it had a comfy feeling. The rooms are very clean, simple and exactly what you'd expect. The restaurant is very nice too- food's great. Plus there's plenty of free parking which you don't have to pay those pesky parking fees for staying at a hotel. Staff are also kind and attentive.

Beautiful for wading and exploring rock pools. Between November till around March when the specialized coastline is exposed at spoon to Wambi point.but be informed there is NO lifesavers on this beach.
Don't swim where your feet aren't on the ground. I've swam there for many years but only where I can stop and stand on my feet. ENJOY.p. S. Please take your rubbish with you.
