Great staff. Beautiful room and kinda on a side note, from their menu I had the best dessert that I've ever had.

Always love staying at Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley, its my home away from home & I couldn't be more comfortable when I visit. Staff are super friendly, grounds are beautiful.

We always love staying at the Crowne Plaza in the Hawkesbury Valley. The staff are always friendly and professional, and we get a room with a balcony overlooking the valley.
We particularly love the indoor pool, sauna and spa. Its a great way to start our day, followed by breakfast in the dining room.
A wonderful break away and not far to travel.

We had a good stay in the hotel last weekend. I booked last-minute, the hotel was busy and fully booked due to a wedding and business event but the staff were able and so kind to accommodate us a quiet room which was great. The room was nicely renovated and convenient. Breakfast buffet was good with some nice a la carte options for eggs. Every staff member we met was very friendly and helpful.

I had a beautiful stay here whilst participating in a nearby retreat. The biggest standout was the personable service. I felt at home and well looked after throughout. Special shout out to the amazing Julie and Ashleigh who went above and beyond!

Very comfortable rooms conveniently located in the historical town of Windsor. Luxurious beds and pillows with a restaurant with a view of the lake and fountain at night.

Steven General manager was very welcoming.made us feel right at home. SAMANTHA the conference consultant was so easy to work with.she is a delight.and Christlyee at the restaurant was very accommodating to all our needs. A place I will visit again and again. Thank you

The rooms are beautiful. The beds are perfection and we slept like babies in the dark with a nice cool AC on.

Breakfast was great! Lots of options for a big meal to start our day. And the women who greeted us for breakfast has the perfect energy for her morning responsibilities! Didn't catch her name, but she was awesome too!

10 out of 10 would recommend to any of my Canadian traveller's asking for recommendations along their travels.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were a good size & very quiet.
Breakfast was delicious with lots of options available. The restaurant meals were amazing. We had room service which was delivered quickly & hot. I felt the bar drinks were expensive.

If I had to fault something, the bath towels are a bit small.

Marie Rose was our fabulous host for a private dining experience and to say it was exceptional would be an understatement. The service was incredible and the food delectable. Will be back again soon!

A wonderful stay in a great hotel. Really good service from all the staff, especially Jason, Nathan, Darcy, Abbey, Julie and Fuma.

Service was putrid from the wedding co-coordinators to the bartenders wish I never got married here I paid 15grand for wedding they couldn’t even get right 4 different wedding coordinators I paid for the Richmond room they put us in the Windsor room I upgraded my beverage package to diamond package 2 hours in to our reception waitress are telling my guest there where no more cold beers my guest where sweating no air conditioning this place is disgusting they have left me in debt now they couldn’t even get our ceremony time right rushing my bride & celebrant saying our ceremony was 2pm when it was at 3: 30pm

Pros: comfortable spacious room
Cons: dirty windows, poor soundproofing, robes provided were rough and frayed, savoury foods at buffet breakfast were lukewarm

THIS HOTEL IS. FANTASTIC.
Its design captures the essence of the Blue Mountain nature. We stayed for a night and had a great time. We spent hours at the picnic area by the pond after morning hike. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Will definitely go there again with group of friends and family.
And, the rooms were sparkly clean and nice.
100% recommend it!

Had a lovely time. The facilities and grounds were great! Staff were all so friendly and festive for Christmas. The food couldn’t be faulted. Great school holiday program had a lot of variety.

We called many times to book a function here but unfortunately we experienced poor follow up and just overall lack of service.
Disappointing experience.

We love Crown Hawksbury, its our regular getaway. JULIE! IS OUT OF THIS WORLD AND MUST STAY AND BE PAID MORE.
MAT is also a legend. Same negative, not enough staff. We in hospitality deserve better.

It was very wonderful experience especially sahil is very friendly and he helped me alot for my local food and stay and guided me for the local sight seeing. In nutshel he made my stay comfortable and let me feel like home. Big thanks to him. Thanks a lot to fuba and bibek the chef who made great food for me. And last to say thanks also for Chris for front desk assistance
