I have a seal over the entire car and it only needs water, no soap, to wash. For $48 all they did was wet the car! I specifically asked for the car to be washed as normal but not to use soap. Their reply was to say that it would have scratched the car if they used cloth? That’s why the car is treated - so there would not be any possibility of scratching Go figure.
I am sure they will say I was not clear - I couldn’t have been clearer in my instructions. Will not be going back.

Overall very good car wash. I paid $48 for the deluxe wash. Excellent external wash and vacuum. The dash and console were still a little dusty afterwards.
