I was going to give a zero star. Sick attitude, super long waiting time. 50% stains are still there after wash, requiring another $50 to remove. Scratched my car and denying. Worst car wash experience ever all over the globe. Don’t go!

This place just try to rip you off, please double check the price and what’s not included with them or you will be disappointed

Worst scamming car wash that I've been to. Never ever going back to this place and no one should. Shall be reporting them to ACCC. They seemed to be speaking perfect English when you enter the car wash and they will upsell you to go with their premium car wash service for example with wax for protection etc. I went with their premium outside with wax which was $95. After 1.5hrs, Got to the car and they just left the car to dry itself out because it was still wet, so when I asked them if it's ready they then came to wipe it down and said 5 mins. They didn't clean it that well the lining of the car was still dirty, outside rims very dirty. I could detect they haven't waxed it yet and they decided to do it and only sprayed a couple of times on the bonnet and wiped, not the full car. So they are scammers it's not providing the full wax premium service of the whole car just the bonnet. When I asked them about the wax and dirty rims they happened to not speak English all of a sudden and just wanted payment. The guy that booked in my car couldn't understand English anymore. They only polished two tyres and left the other two dirty. I had to wipe the rims down myself as they ran off because they didn't want to clean anymore just wanted payment. When you feel the car, it still had environmental dirt specs and bumps that weren't washed clean. So basically they just sprayed the car with water. Wiped down and hope that you won't detect anyting so they can scam you with the premium service price. For the basic they would charge you $40. So basically I paid and extra $55 for two sprays of the wax on my bonnet. Also another couple had scratches on their BMW, but of course they don't speak English at this stage. I also had some scratches too when I got back home to inspect. So don't take your car there guys, not worth it!

Very poor service, I paid 110 and the wheels, the rims were dirty, the door frames were dusty, I felt like I wasted my money, I don't recommend the place at all

I paid $231for the worst detailing interior car clean I have ever had. I just purchase the SUV so I decide to I paid for interior detailing and steam cleaning of the the carpet. There was no cleaning at all.all They just ARMOR ALL over the surface and leather. They did not clean the surface first. They did not vacuum the carpet they just did a quick steam clean that was not don evenly I was able to see in the sunlight How bad the job was No cleaning let alone detailing was don what so ever There was still paper and food plus food stain on the hard surface left over in the car that was not even vacuum up remove or cleaned. They clean the out side of the car but not the door trims or window. The car is just dirty as when I gave it to them

Car not clean properly, had to ask to vacuum it as they didn’t bother to do it. Being approached with “hey bro! ” Is not the best start of a customer service experience. Location is convenient, however the quality is very poor. Never again

We went there at Broadway shopping centre for car wash, the staff not friendly at all, we booked for premium service but when we got there, staff try to up selling and upgrade the service to detailing (clean the car boot, remove scratches inside the car …etc) so we said yes go for it for detail cleaning so we paid $110, and when we pick up the car. Inside not really clean still have a lot of dirty stuff on the floor and water mark outside the car everywhere! Very disappointed ️ Not recommend this car wash!

Asked me to pay cash only. When I refused, they then said it is ok to use credit card.
Then told me my car was very dirty and $60 wouldn't have it cleaned. I drive City roads and it's only my partner and I.
Chose to go elsewhere.

When I got home I ended up vacuuming the car again and going over the entirety of the car to clean and polish it again. Horrible service and a shabby job.

Best car wash in Sydney! They always do an amazing job. Great option for Christmas parking too!

One of the best in the area. A bit pricier than others around but the quality is amazing. The staff particularly are very friendly and always do their best for your budget.

Had our car washed ONCE at Concierge Car Wash about 3 years ago. At the time they asked for my mobile number. They said they would only use it to call me to tell me the car was ready. I specifically asked them if it would be used for spam sms marketing and was assured it would not. Since then I continue to receive unsolicited spam text messages from Concierge Car Wash. I have unsubscribed and received confirmation of that. Only to be spammed again. Do NOT trust this company with ANY of your data. They are completely unscrupulous, will not respect your privacy, and for good measure, their privacy policy is an absolute joke. I called their head office about this and no one has bothered to respond or reply.

Stole my burberry sun glasses that was in my glovebox, which i didnt know about till i got home.left the case, but took the sunnies.

Used harsh chemicals that damaged my vehicles clear coat along with the water blaster.
Poor customer service.
Vehicle still hasn’t been repaired.
They actually don’t care.
Rude and arrogant about it all.

I do not recommended using them.

Always ask you to do the premium job, but always do what you want on time and to a high standard.

Took my car in this morning for a clay Polish and my car looks brand new again they did a fantastic job thank you

I paid 86 dollars for a so called detail and there was bug splatter still all over the front bumper and mirrors they didn't even clean or bad a disgrace

Asked for a premium service and they did a mediocre job. They didn’t wipe out the cup holders, or wipe down the dash properly. They didn’t touch the boot at all

I went in with a very dirty car. They did a very good job in a quick turnaround. A little pricey, but on the whole, the car looked great. Staff were friendly and helpful.
