Concierge Car Wash Broadway Shopping Centre

I always try to go here for my car wash and polish. They are very convenient, quick, do a good job at reasonable rate and detailing is always good.

I drove in to get an 'express wash' as advertised on their board ($30) and was told I'd need to pay more ($45) because the car was dirty. Er, what? That's the whole point of a car wash - make a dirty car clean again. Ridiculous. Don't bother.

I paid $59 for inside and outside clean, but they have done poor job wiping inside, I had to do it myself. They haven't even opened the boot I guessed because it was dirty?

Was fast and not that expensive for that area. For a car only cleaned after 6months lockdown was hard to fault them.

Paid $250 for a full service, the guys did a fantastic job. Definitely got my money's worth. Car looks that good I can put it up on carsales.com if I decided to sell it. Thank you very much to Shriti for your attentiveness and sorting out my ticket for the carpark. Keep up the great work!

I take my car here often, they are always very friendly, not at all pushy. I’ve always had a great experience. They do an amazing job, my car is parked under a tree, possums, fruit bats and sap, make a mess of my car. They always clean my car to perfection and ask if I’m happy with the job when I pick it up. I highly recommend them

DECEITFUL!
Was told they would carry out a daily special for $100 which included a wash, vacuum, interior wipe down and clay bar. As I had not had time to carry this out myself for a while I thought why not. THIS WAS NOT DONE and they tried to charge me for it. When questioned all staff new it was not carried out and offered for me to return to have it done another time. However I wont be back, I suggest only getting a wash and vacuum at a stretch if you have to. Save your money and go somewhere that has better reviews.
I gave one star only because 'one' of the staff had a good hair cut.

It appeared that Concierge was being run by one staff member today, but he still managed to give my car a nice shiny clean. I asked for the outside only for $25. It was ready in an hour on level B2 as usual, with a ticket to leave the parking lot. A few water droplets at the back (boot seam? Indicator light housing ridges?) dribbled out when I got home five minutes after pick up, and there were little water beads that spread up the window when I opened and closed it, but neither was a deluge. I appreciated the speedy clean while I took care of business inside Broadway. Thanks Concierge guy, I was just too tired to wash the car myself today and you were a good option.

I had my car thoroughly cleaned at Concierge Car Wash yesterday, including steam cleaning of the upholstery. They did a wonderful job- the exterior & interior of the car were beautifully clean, and the steam cleaning removed a number of marks on the seats. The service was very polite and efficient. I would happily have my car washed there again, and recommend their service.

Arrived just as they were closing but kindly said would stay back & do just the outside. Not only that I also got a complimentary vacuum! Friendly & great service!

For $80 you would expect a good job on what was a one month old car. I showed them the spots they missed and the response was “for $80 that’s what we do”

Go elsewhere for $45 and get the same job.

Asked for the super wash due to car being really dirty inside and out. Car looked good on the outside in a dark car park. When I got into the daylight interior was terrible. Doors and floors still dirty. On the outside patches that had been missed. For $120 I was extremely disappointed with these guys. If I didn’t have to pick my daughter up from hospital I would of gone back and made them do it again. I feel they took advantage of the fact that I was from interstate and I wouldn’t be back. I have used Concierge before and have been happy but not this time. They did a lousy job.

They are my regular car wash, very happy with the service they provide. They are thorough and always on time. They are open to feedback and always perfect their job. Thank you Concierge Broadway!

The worst place to wash your car. I paid $59 for an hour car wash and they didnt even clean the door and and seat properly. The carpet is still have food left over! And underneath the carpet, some grass is still there. No attention to details at all. They didnt put any air freshness as well so when i come back to the car it is absolutely still 40% dirt inside. The outside is just ok because you can still see the mark of the wipes on my red car.please trust me dont waste your money and time in the concierge car wash broadway

Paid $120 and the car was left with sand inside and the backseats were soaking wet. The car smells awful. I complained and the manager simply offered me a discount on my next visit. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never come back.

We paid for the premium wash, very disappointed. There was still leaves and debris were still on the roof which feels like they haven't touched it. The interior still had dust and dirt, we couldn't really figure out what they had done apart from vaccuming. We will not back, it was a waste of $53.

My car was covered in country road dirt, filled with dog hair and sand… got a full detailing and the car is as good as new. Staff were friendly and professional. Great job

They did my car today - Super Wash because it was filthy with lots of baked-on bugs and really dirty inside too (from several camping trips). They did a great job - it now looks like new, with no bugs and very clean inside. All done in less than hour.

Worse car was ever. I paid $53 and could still wipe the dust off with my fingers. The rims were still dirty and there are now scratches on my leather steering wheel. Stay away.

Honestly not great, $40 for the basic outside wash. When I say basic, no polish, no interior, nothing special. They are a little cheeky with the prices so be sure to check on the website before asking them for a direct quote.
