Horrendous experience. Avoid this place at all costs!

The car was not well cleaned and we had to vacuum again when we got home. We got the top clean as selling the car. What a waste of money. It was expensive.

But what was worse is the damage to the car. Clearly no care and respect to the car by the cleaners. They got liquid in the radio - it was working fine on the way there. Not on the way out. They lost the divider in the coffee cup holder so it’s now not useable and they damaged the upholstery on the driver door.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid

Great friendly staff. I just had my car mini detailed and am very happy. Attention to detail and even cleaned all the leaves from under the hood.

Terrible car wash. AVOID! The roof looks like it wasn't washed as still has marks from the rain. Windows not cleaned property either and looks like my driver side window was scratched. Paid $59 for the Super Wash which wasn't super at all.

Today at your car wash in Broadway, I paid $390 for a full car detail. BMW X4. When I checked in the car I asked to what quality the detail would be done, because it was so expensive. I was assured it would be the ‘best job’. The person confirmed full detail polish to remove marks and scratches, full shampoo and vacuuming, clean and conditioning of leather seats etc.

When I picked the car up I was asked to pay first before inspecting, which I did. I was then given my key and told I could go and inspect it.

The standard was terrible. The windows not cleaned properly, the back window not at all. None of the scuff marks on the leather were cleaned off and I doubt the treatment of the leather was done (I cleaned the marks off myself). The vacuuming was not completely done inside, only the main parts and none of the edges or under the seats. The boot was not cleaned at all. In between the leather seat extender was not even touched. Smear marks all over the dash board and smudges in the GPS screen and control screens. The treatment applied to the door trims was not consistently applied so some areas were dry and some dark. The cup holders not cleaned at all and inside windscreen not cleaned. That was just the inside!

The outside still had obvious marks and dirty areas. Cobwebs still in some parts and leaves not removed from grill. Dried bird dropping still on the car and I could easily remove that and it looks like NO polish was applied at all. There was still dirt under the door handles and no sign of the wax dust you usual get when buffing.

The manager tried to help but there were four other customers who were also complaining about the quality of their car washes and they were demanding refunds. I grabbed their details.

I asked the manager for the office number and he said no, only leave review.

This is completely unacceptable for a $400 car wash!

I would like someone to call me please to discuss how I get a partial refund.

I am prepared to take formal recovery action if left unresolved. Can someone please come back to me ASAP.

I pay $110 today and the backside of my car looks dirtier than before I wash my car in here, There are some leaves left behind and I have to pick them up with my hand piece by piece.
Definitely not gonna come back here.

Not worth going to this car wash people. They have No care factor. First and last. You expect a good service for the $160 paid. I had to pick leaves off my car. Use my own cloth to dry wet spots that was still visible inside the car. White residue from their cloth that they use was visible on dashboard. I had to put back the cushion and things that was in the car to wear it was, and found there is still dirt on the back car seat that wasn’t vacuum probably. They miss some dirty spots outside the car.

Worst carwash ever, will never recommend it.
They couldn't even wash it properly from outside. And left a lot of spiderweb scratches.
Such a wasting of time and money.

I took my car here on Saturday and it was the biggest waste of money. I would not recommend this to anyone. They charged $80 to clean both outside and interior and the quality and attention to detail was appalling. The outside had dots of mud stuck to the car which I picked off with my fingers, there were still cobwebs on one of the external side mirrors, there were smears all over the exterior of the car and windows, whatever product they used to spray on the plastic rim around the doors was pooled in certain areas which resulted in obviously visible drip marks. The interior of the car looked like it hadn't been touched. The boot had not been vacuumed, the interior dashboard still had dust all over it and the interior of the doors had not even been wiped down. I pointed out all the issues to one of the guys that worked there and despite it taking him ages to do anything about it, all he did was create more smears all over my car. I tried pointing out the issues on the inside and he pretended like he didn't understand so I got fedup and left. This is the biggest waste of money, go somewhere else. All they want to do is upsell you and rip you off.

Not the worst but not the best, that’s said it’s actually difficult to find a thorough car wash/detail place around here.
Overall my car was cleaner. I know they’re always busy given the location but the team are not as detailed as I would have loved. For example, there was still residue in my cup holders, cobwebs on the mirrors an easy wipe would have removed and spots here and there I removed later with a wet wipe.

Excellent service! Great prices, fast and very friendly staff. I’ve tried many car wash services before and usually get very annoyed when I find spots that they missed to clean, but Concierge Car Wash in Broadway shopping centre did a perfect job. It’s been my third time there:)

Flipped my back seat mats instead of vacuuming, found all the kids mess under the mats. No integrity.

I can't give this less than one star.
My vehicle was damaged during the wash with a scratch and paint chips. Not only that, the wash was not completed well and there still remained very visible areas that were not washed (you can see in the photos the poor job and dirt remaining)

I did everything possible to engage with them and seek a resolution - the best they would offer was for discounted additional wash (makeup for the one I had paid for - why would I spend more money?) and then without even requesting to inspect the vehicle - they rejected there was even a chance they did the damage. The damage is in locations that just don't get this sort of damage.

Honestly - just don't bother. At best you will get a substandard wash, at worst left with a damage bill to fix your cars paintwork. I wish I had paid more attention to some of the substandard reviews that were already here.

I had the economy wash done to my Golf which includes washing (wheels included) and vacuuming. I think it's great value and the job was good - they've been consistently good. Not even trying too hard to upsell:) which was a bit of a problem in the past. So 5 stars.

Very poor service.

Sign stated service was $42 for a sedan, went to collect and charged $59

When went to collect all car keys were on a bench, could have pretty much taken any car I wanted, attendant spoke almost no English, just handed me the keys

Job very poor, wheels still dirty spots, windows average, overall job very poor

I should book in the next level package. Wipe down and windows were not included in this clean.
But what was included was done very well.

It was very expensive compared to other places, paid 290$ for the detailed cleaning and I didn’t receive a good service at all. Lots of stains and dirt remained on the seats and exterior, etc.
