Superb conference establishment, with style and class from the past incorporated into a new and valuable modern business arena. Outstanding refurbishment of the Heritage foundation Carriageworks. Open, bright, high roofed. Easy to get to all forums. Easy access for all including wheelchairs, plus prams and parent rooms. Delicious food buffets, excellent service. Polite, friendly staff. Great assortment of drinks also, alcohol, softdrinks, juice, water and hot beverages as well. Huge auditoriums with fantastic brilliant well balanced acoustics. Outstanding video set up also. Parking in the back area of the buildings, plus some street parking also, free and no time limit in spots backing onto to the Carriageworks.

Art contemporary was a great display of a diverse range of art from mainly Sydney and Melbourne. It is a must visit for any artist or art lover. The print and book section was particularly interesting. I would recommend it to anyone in 2019.

They used to have permanent art works here but now it just does events. Shame cos it’s such a lovely location but if you don’t like what’s currently on then there’s no point in visiting

This is a fantastic spot if you enjoy organic and delicious foods of all types it’s a wonderful market held on a Saturday opening early morning running to about 2pm.
I was impressed by the variety and delicious flavour that has been presented hear and the friendly and helpful stall holders.
The food and produce is affordable and of good quality and you certainly won’t regret the effort to walk hear from red fern or mcdonaldtown stations.

My favourite events venue in town. I am lucky to be working here quite regularlyv setting up a variety of events.
Its industrial british background os pooring out of every wall.it has Bags of character.i just hope they dont fix it up too much

Great place to take picture and walk around. They have exhibition most of the time. But still good when they don't

Always love going to Carriageworks. Such a great venue, full of history and always hosting great events.

Went on a weekday so nothing was open but it was beautiful nonetheless and quiet which was perfect for taking pictures
