Katherine Kevgas has been the most helpful and kind agent. As new tenants to the renting game, it felt daunting but we felt cared for the whole time and any time something would get faulty or break, Katherine would have someone over to fix it within a day or two. She was also fully aware of our newness in leasing so her patience with us was incredibly appreciated. Honestly, if the company was made up of just Katherine I would recommend this agency in a heartbeat.

I have been a tenant for Brough and Taylor for the past 8 months and sadly we had to leave our premises as our lease wasn't extended however the customer services provided by the agent was always above and beyond. Our property manager Matthew Simpson was always very friendly, very prompt and helpful. If I ever need to rent another property I would surely use Brough and Taylor Ashfield.

I have been renting through this real estate. So far I had bad experience, l have been following up on sms, email with agent regarding the issues of property to be fixed/followed up with landlord/owner, Unfortunately they have a very slow response process. I have sent reminders as well but seems they don't respond in time as you expect. I will not personally consider them in real estate matters in future.
