I have dealt with Janice Coratza, Property Manager at Brough & Taylor Real Estate in Sydney on many occasions. Janice is genuinely a customer centric individual and always comes up with good outcomes for all the parties. Janice is a good negotiator, business oriented and up to date with market trends. Janice goes above & beyond and truly an outstanding 5***** individual. Thank you Janice.

I use to be a tenant of a property manage by brough and taylor in ashfield and the mould and cockroache issues where terrible.
On several occassions i asked for help and i was giving none the conditions of the property was below human living requirements.they are now trying to take my entire bond.my new agency is assisting me with a complaint application with the fair trading commission as there are disgusted with the way i been treated

First property agent that I’ve use to rent a property. Sadly, I have to leave. 2,5 years with Brough & Taylor, there was no major problems. Dealt with Matthew Simpson as a property manager, was always hassle free. Any problem occurred was fixed. He’s such a simple and easy going person. Definitely would recommend this agent to lease, rent, buy or sell in the future. Keep up the good work to all team Brough & Taylor!

This is a awful agency. They are charging me to stay in a boarding house that has become infested with rats and cockroaches. They use staff members to threaten residents if you complain. If you need proof about this I have it on paper, they are the most unethical company I have dealt with.

As a tenant of a property managed by Brough & Taylor, I found Katherine to be brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and she always gets back to you. I also got the impression that she was very transparent in her communication with both myself and the landlord when ad-hoc requests came up, which I really appreciated.
