I had a great experience as a tenant with Ray White Ashfield. I have never dealt with such an attentive and caring Property Manager as Janice Coratza. She went over and above to look after her tenants and was always very pleasant to deal with. She's a breath of fresh air!

I rented with Brough & Taylor Ashfield for about 9 months until I had to relocate interstate for work. They are now part of Ray White Ashfield.
I loved my rental property, the location, and especially the neighbours. I feel lucky to have called it home.
My property manager was Matt Simpson and I also dealt with Janice Coratza was a delight when I had to move quite quickly.

We interacted with Matthew in securing a rental property. He was responsive, competent, helpful and nice. Dealing with the front desk, it was clear that there was appropriate internal communication. Also, the paperwork (e.g. Signing the lease and completing the inspection report) was easy to complete because the systems were user friendly, the contract wordings were reasonable and Matthew had appropriately completed the work on his end. Our overall impression is that this is a well run establishment with helpful and professional staff. This by far exceeds my past experiences with realtors!

Great Agency
Six Months back we were in an awkward situation. We wanted to move to Sydney from Melbourne but we dont know anyone to do physical inspection of properties. We explained our situation to couple of real estate agencies but did not get much help. Then, we applied one property through Brough & Taylor Ashfield, and they understood our situation and sent us a video inspection of couple of properties. We got it done everything in two days. Andrew took on the sale of our studio in the inner west. It had previously been put up on the market with another agent and not been able to sell. Andrew methodically follows up with different buyers getting to know their names and checking in regularly with them to track their purchase progress. He does all the small things each week and keeps you updated a couple of times a week. Andrew was always quick to return calls.

I had a great experience having the property managed by Andrew's agency whilst I rented it out. I had a great experience selling it with Brough and Taylor as well.
