Brough and Taylor were very friendly and despite issues with the landlord, continued to follow up with us as tenants, keeping us informed. When we finally moved property, they continued to keep us up to date during our transition and were very helpful.

Either this agency has all new staff or the reviews are fake. This agency was hideous. The mood there was grumpy at best. At worst, they either ignored my enquiries, which usually involved a leaky roof or something else that was falling apart or they were just rude for sport seemingly, very abrasive and the one woman I had to deal with didn't appear to like having to deal with people in general. Just a cranky old wretch.
Additionally, she never informed me that the landlord had no intention of fixing anything before I signed the lease. When I mentioned my roof was leaking, she said to call her about things that were important. She also accused me of having a cat on the premises without asking permission; the signed lease had a clause in it that authorised my keeping a cat. Rather than check this out on her end at the leasing office, she instead rudely accused me via text messaging me and when she realised that she was in error, she never apologised. Instead she came up with some bogus excuse that statuses change with the tenants - whatever that meant, and which had absolutely nothing to do with sloppy mistake she had made. Her behaviour was appalling and the overall professionalism from that entire office was absent. No credibility, no integrity and definitely no respect for their client's tenants.

We had such a good experience with Brough and Taylor Ashfield. Our agent, Janice, was friendly, professional and always quick to respond and assist us. She went above and beyond what we expected of our agent and we are really grateful for it. All of our financial receipts were sent to us regularly and maintenance requests were easy to lodge. Overall, I highly recommend this agency.

Generally just very good people to work with. Stayed at a property they managed for over a year. No issues and no problems. I'd happily sign a lease again knowing they're in charge.
